Review Kfc - Toowoomba

I’m a food delivery driver, I went to this KFC ( grand central shopping center in Toowoomba city) to pick up the food, after waiting for more than 30 minutes after seeing other delivery drivers come and take food and go. I approached to 1 male staff and showed him my order, with a strange look he node his head and ignore me, (the same guy few minutes ago was so nice with a female delivery person). After some time I reminded them about my order again, 1 of the staff said she forgot about that and now it will take some time to prepare the food, I told them that I’m here for the last 30 minutes and this is not the good customer service. She didn’t say anything thing and bring another lady who was apparently the senior among them, I told her the same thing and started shouting at me in front of people and asked me to go away she is not giving me the food. She was so rude and that was my worse experience during food delivery job. I think all the KFC staff needs proper training and KFC should bring professional people who can do the job properly. We food delivery people and have any respect specially in fast food restaurants. And I will raise my voice against this and will involve labour unions if there are any. I think enough is enough.

Ordered twice on their app from this particular store. And twice, they have left something out. They didn't even get the zinger stacker burger right, gave us just an ordinary zinger burger. Will order from a different store next time.

Every time we get kfc delivered from this store or when we eat there there's always something wrong. It's either cold or cooked wrong. (over or under cooked or cold and soggy) today was extra terrible. They not only stuffed up the order but putting a zinger fillet in an original fillet buger (with the pepper Mayo etc) they put the original fillet on the zinger burger (super charged sauce etc) they also added additional ingredient. Human hair!! This is horrible service! Get your act together kfc grand Central!!! Quality check your food before it leaves the store!!!

I ordered ages ago but here's the good review anyway. I ordered a Double Tender Combo, Large with a Moutain Dew. My girlfriend ordered a Double Tender Burger and 2 regular chips. We got the order and everything was perfect as it should be at KFC. Just need to get the orders done a bit quicker but otherwise it was good customer service.

The worst KFC in SE Queensland. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Every time I have ordered from this store they have got my order wrong. Service is appalling, cleanliness doesn’t exist, health standards are concerning. Staff will still get an order wrong, even when a manager double checks. Leaving a review on the receipt is obsolete at this store as nothing has changed over the last 12 months.

This is the worst food and service I have ever had at a kfc store. Was given the wrong order and when I took it back to ask them to replace it with my order it was like I had an invisible cloak on.Lots if workers walking around looking busy but not doing anything. Only when I asked someone to address me did I have anyone even look at me. The food was then replaced with the most dried out pieces of chicken I have ever seen. Won’t be going back to grand central kfc. These workers need training in customer service and learn to talk to the customer. Remember without the customer you would not have a job. Very disappointed and waste of my hard earned money. Food is absolutely disgusting The colonel would be rolling in his grave

Disgraceful! Got our order straight away which was a surprise until I realised they threw in a heap of old food. Chips so far from fresh the box it came in was more appetising, burgers had stale bread and the fillet was the size of a nugget, popcorn chicken was stone cold.. the only thing i enjoyed was the drink and that was to wash it down! Not a happy customer at all!!

Service was apauling, the food was cold, old bread roll. 3 pieces of chicken were disgusting, taste like been cooked in old oil. Will most definitely never return. Very dissapointed indeed.
