Disappointing. Every time I come here there is something wrong with or forgotten from my order. Usually fixed before I get the meal, but it's a little ridiculous. Tonight I ordered a burger with no onion extra pickles. I got the extra pickles but I also had onion. The burger was also cold. I had less than a 5 min drive home and the burger was cold, not even slightly warm. The staff also don't seem to care either. And the service was incredibly slow.

Order on the app for fast service but that still doesn't happen.
No cheese on rebel whopper as ordered and a chunk of the pattie was missing. Chips were only half filled. Disappointed

Why usually take too long but this time they were quite onto it. Chips were fresh, burger was actually put together well.
I got a country double whopper large meal. Country doible whopper.. i mean the only difference is the sauce realistically and its some attempt at like some big maccy type special sauce and i wasnt a huge fan.
But all in all a positive experience.
Cost isngrtting ridiculous these days though, but thats not on them. The company is price gouging.

I am sick of Hungry Jacks Luke warm to room temperature food.☹️☹️☹️. It doesn't seem to matter which store in Toowoomba you go to, dine in, drive through or Uber eats. It's never hot. I started asking for Extra hot ( another 30 seconds in the Microwave for the meat patty). Now even that doesn't work☹️☹️☹️. I am done,... the burgers are better at Hungry Jacks but they are hotter at McDonalds and won't give you food poisoning.

Slowest fast food in Australia. Don't go through the drive thru on your lunch break. You won't have time to eat it.

Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes for our food and there were only 3 car infront of us and no one behind! Really bad service, rude workers and very very slow. Would not come here again

Sometimes it's great, other times ok, sometimes bad. Ranges between 3-5 stars for food quality. Hit and miss.

Worst experience ever. I was treated with such disrespect at the drive through by management and staff. The on top of that they didn't even make my burger right. I ordered the tropical fried chicken and asked for them to add the hot sauce and all I got was burger buns and a piece of chicken and sauce. I won't be back there.
