Review Cioccolato - Toowoomba

A hidden gem. This little cafe/chocolatier tucked in the entrence left corner of grand central 3rd level food court has a lot to offer. The menu is very well done. Most items are on display. However dine in presentation, the added touch of a vintage style plate with a side of plain vanilla ice cream drizzled with chocolate just sealed the deal. Very much enjoyed our order and service.

Food was excellent! The menu is pretty expansive, so you'll definitely find something you'll love. Service is pretty good, though we did find out that they had run out of a particular item after we had ordered. However, the waiter was very apologetic and the second option was super delicious. If it's not busy, the atmosphere can seem a little lacking, but once it filled up a bit it was great!

Fantastic delicious desserts always welcomed and served with a smile, couldn't ask for more. Would recommend!! 😁

Absolutely gorgeous chocolate cake! Also we were served by Kishur, who was very friendly and efficient. Great place awesome desserts! 1000% recommended!

This food was great, and the combo flavours blew my mind. Although, my teeth are stinging a little because it was sweet, but hey. The restaurant is creative and the food is good. And Matt, the only worker on at the time, asked me to mention him by name.

Really enjoyable experience great dessert place, "death by chocolate" was worth the while.

Came there to have hot choco. First of all, the taste is very strange, hard to describe but doesnt feel like real chocolate. Secondly the place is a bit overpriced for drinks. Lastly and mainly, we got the wrong bill. I noticed that prices are higher than usual and expected something higher than usual but when I got $19,50 for just 2 drinks I sensed something is wrong. I had to double check which is not what you usually do in Australia and yep, they charged extra stuff which we didnt order. At the end, the manager asked if we liked the place and asked “can you leave good review in google?”. Well, here we go. Maybe not nice but honest

My daughter Staicee Barber and I shared a plate of churros with milk chocolate and white chocolate dipping sauce. Very smooth and delicious. Service was excellent and we were not kept waiting for any length of time. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone.

Went here a couple of Friday nights ago. The service was disgusting, the place was seriously filthy. Drinks were ok but long wait for latte. Young people working there treated us like we were a total inconvenience. Had to practically beg to pay the bill so could escape the place. Never ever going there again.

Love this place for a choccy fix� the chocolate nachos were good and the banana brûlée crepes and strawberry and cream iced drink!

Last night , New Years Eve. Service was so bad many people walked out. We waited a long time and finally got our order but it was served poorly . Cup of hot chocolate just plonked down, no plate or spoon even. Other drinks were served in plastic take away cups. You were one of the only places open and you blew it . Won’t be back

Excellent service from a lovely Julia (I think) she was patient with us as we struggled to choose from the extensive menu and then when we couldn’t decide on which ice cream we asked her to surprise us and I was delighted when my strawberry and cream crepes arrived with both flavours of ice cream! Excellent service and delicious food! Definitely coming back for more! �

Doors open. Walk in to get a drink. Sorry we aren’t open. Seriously?! Not the first time I have had poor service here but I am literally done with this place. ���
