Very mixed bag restaurant. Stopped here because we wanted something quick. Ended up waiting quite some time for a risotto even though our herb pizza had been cooked and was sitting there. We stood in the shop and it was if we weren't even there. The whole place seemed so disorganised. Lots of tables and chairs but signs up saying it is take away only... but you can eat take away at the tables... very confusing. Although the shop wasn't enjoyable at all and the staff looked like they wanted to be elsewhere, the food was good enough to satisfy our hunger. Wouldn't go back if I was in the area again.

The worst customer service and rudest boss I have ever encountered in a customer service industry. My husband and I have been ordering pizza from here for some time now. I like my pizza hot, so have ordered with extra chilli, which they have been charging me for, but never giving enough of. I addressed this with the girl taking my order. She offered extra chilli on the side, which I explained was not really what I wanted, but if they were offering, sure I'd take it. When pizza arrived, i realised they had charged me extra for this as well!! When I asked to speak to the boss about this he abused me, yelled at me over the phone, saying that nothing comes for free (which obviously I understand as they have been charging me extra), totally spoke over and condescended to me, and told me to take my business elsewhere. If you have no ability to treat customers with respect you should not be running a service based operation. We are looking forward to exploring the numerous other pizza shops in Torquay as we have been told by friends for some time now that Torquay wave is actually one of the worst pizza restaurants in town. We now agree.

My family regularly order pizza's from here, probably once a month for the past 5 years, have never had an issue with anything. Pizza's are great, staff are good and friendly. Definitely my number one place to get pizza in torquay.

BEST MARGHERITA ive eve had! Best part was it was so easy to order online and gave an approximate time. After 15mins i went to pixk it up and BAM! Pizza was ready and grabbed my food and off i went. No waiting around ! Perfect service ! Perfect pizza!

Was a terrible experience! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Waited 30 minutes for the pizzas. Got yelled at and kicked out for wanting to eat inside and the only option was to eat outside on a 7 degree night! The owner was disrespectful to our family and ruined our trip. Would not recommend!

Worst experience, asked to sit inside but the owner sweared at me. staff threw pizza in my arms with empathy due to getting abused by boss. ask to not laugh or would be kicked out even though no one was there and we were giggling.Pizza overpriced. Horrible 😔

DO NOT COME HERE!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Don't waste your money and your time!!! AWFUL customer service, RUDE staff, took far too long and far too expensive!!! Owner treated our family like garbage after we paid close to $100 on below average food. We will tell everybody we know to stay away from this hole, as it has ruined our family holiday and left us all feeling offended and upset.
