Popped in to grab some lunch today at the Gilbert st Torquay store. The girl behind the counter was lovely and friendly. Fast service. Reasonably priced. This is the worst service I have ever had from a Routleys store.
It was about 1.45pm when I came in to grab a sandwich, there were three
girls behind the counter totally not interested in me or what I wanted.
They were too busy chatting between themselves, one standing at the counter picking her n
Good selection of pies.
Giving a four as they decided not to put out any tables for customer to sit on, which is hard on the elderly as the only option was an alley way that was cold and dark.
Lots of yummy pies, treats and fresh salad sandwiches and rolls. Heaps to choose from and the prices are pretty standard.
The best pie I ever had! I am not a big fan of pies but I am absolutely in love with their pies 🤤

I enjoyed a deliciously fresh chicken and salad roll, and a superb latte at Routleys Bakery, Torquay today (Sunday 09/02/2020). The staff were very friendly and attentive. Thank You!! I look forward to my next visit!!
