Perfect little cafe to sit down for a good coffee and toastie (or something more brunch-y) Owner is really nice too :)

Ok, so I've stopped on my way to another town. This place is just LOVELY as is the lady who runs it. I witnessed beautiful customer service while she prepared my food. Cheerful atmosphere, seats inside & out. And as I was leaving a lovely puppy (the owners) joined me for company while I munched my bacon & egg roll (delicious btw) without begging, just nice company. I am a simple eater, a creature of habit & I can be unfairly fussy at times when it come to eating out so it can be hit or miss. This place was lovely. I will remember it. And if I'm back this way. I would go out of my way to eat here again.

Great little cafe/eatery. Been going here for some years and still really enjoy eating here. always 1st preference when in Torquay.

Subpar and average breakfast at best. along with and ordinary bacon and egg roll. not great service or dining area.

Thought we would stop in and support the local Cafe through this crazy time, (seven of us). We moved some tables out the front, then we had a rude staff member comment to us directly that she wanted her own reality TV show so she could move other people furniture around. Wowww, will not be back.

Their skinny fries are awesome, chew your way through one of their delicious home made sausage roll smothered in relish for whole tummy happiness 👌🏻

The food was alright. It made the situation worse when I reminded them that I had eat club discount, the mid aged gentleman replied YEAH YEAH YEAH, still proceed with full price after I checked my transactions. It's true, that's its homey, but don't forget this is food industry, courtesy and listen to your customer will only bring more people back.

This place so awesome to get your breakfaat or lunch. Everything made fresh and tasty , just like homemade. You will always find some new tasty food. Best place on surfcoast

We have been here for a few breakfasts and got the bacon and egg roll . The team are friendly and polite. The stores dog is always friendly and happy to chase the ball or stick while you wait. Owner asked if we have tried the bacon and egg roll with the what I call famous sauses that make you have a party in your mouth. We were even in there yesterday. Never had any issue here and always leave happy . I’ll always return to a place that has good food and environment. Keep up the good work guys keep doing your thing.

I took my interstate family for lunch , the lady (appeared to maybe be the owner) was an old grump, not pleasant at all ! Forgot one of our meals which we wouldn't have minded so much if she wasn't so rude, there was 9 of us in total , think about how quickly word of mouth gets around and especially look after your locals , won't be recommending this place at all !

Freshly cooked generous portion, lovely soft poached eggs. Kate is friendly, asks how your meal is, staff are good too.

The premises is dirty and the owner users her hands (no gloves) when preparing the food - picks up tomatoes etc with fingers and coughed over the food also, pretty disappointing and copped a surcharge ..

This Cafe has the best bacon n egg roll I've ever had and I look forward to going back for another 1.. also great friendly service.

First time diner long time regular after that roast pork roll with gravy the best I have ever had. I take my hat off to u guy's,great food great coffee n fantastic atmosphere and service.

Called in today for a Coffee and a bite to eat, best Egg and Bacon roll EVER Yummy Yummy in my Tummy the Coffee was very good as well. Thanks ladies :) Cheers Malcolm

We went there for coffee and went and had lunch best pork roll ever and we will be back.

We had kate cater for our wedding in February and the food was seriously delicious. We had a relaxed buffet menu with spits,salad and roast veggies.We had guests going back for seconds and thirds and everyone at the wedding said how yum the food was. She was super organised and did such a great job of getting the food out on the night. We knew kate would nail the menu, as she is a master with cooking feel good hearty favourites in the kitchen. Thanks for making our night special kate x

So.... went to this cafe for the first time yesterday. And i must say i found the experience to be quite unpleasant! The food was ok, however the chef/owner whoever she is left a lot to be desired. I found it extremely unprofessional and sad the easy she belittled and humiliated her staff member, right in front of me until the poor girl was in tears. How dare you talk to another person that way? Even though "you are the boss!" This actually means you have a responsibility to your staff to train them respectfully and look out for them. I hope that the young girl finds a position where she is treated better then what i witnessed yesterday!

Suggest you boycott this place on public holidays on principle. Jacked up its prices by 15%. Plenty of other options to spend your $$s in Torquay
