We stopped for a coffee and cakes, nice seats outside table service, you can sit inside they also have newspapers that you can read complementary the latte is nice and hot, tea served in a pot and more than 1 cup.. We went about 11.00am so the food cabinet was full of cakes and sandwiches including toasties. We also bought some books. Worth a visit *****

Dirty tables. Staff not cleaning or clearing outside area. Pedestrians use the outside seating area as a walkway to escape the drizzle and regularly knock the tables. Wouldn't recommend

I’m not much of book person but my partner is very much so! Her opinion is this shop is pretty good, a well laid out store with some interesting finds!

Lovely atmosphere, good selection of books and a café attached. The safe are very friendly and helpful, although it is a relatively small Waterstones in comparison to some of the bigger cities. Tables are clean and great for sitting to do work. The WiFi is a tad slow and there are limited plugs available.

A well laid out store with a great range of books. The store is always clean and has a good stock level. Staff are always helpful and nothing is too much trouble.
