A huge thank you to Matt, Kieran, Dudley and Lauren (well, everyone at Jam really) for looking after us so well at our staff Christmas party yesterday. We had an excellent time with fabulous food (that lamb collar was outstanding) and delicious drinks. The luxe room is a wonderful venue for an intimate party! Thanks again and Merry Christmas!

Jam is our go-to place for breakfast. The staff are all very friendly. Service is good. I can appreciate that effort and time has been put into training, and the younger staff act professional at all times. The food is always great. We love the iced coffee, it's fantastic. You must try the Asian chicken omelette it's great fuel for your day ahead. 5/5 great all round experience every time.
Thank you for hosting our birthday celebrations last week for our party of 16! Angela made the process easy with organising our own space, menu and cake with less than a week’s notice. Guests loved the seafood platters, and substantial Luxe Menu and the in house baked birthday cake. Kids were kept happy too! To cook that many eye fillets at various temps was a feat in itself! Great attention from wait staff, delicious food and wine, we will be regulars. Thank you team!

Visited both for breakfast and dinner during a recent visit to Townsville. We loved both our meals at Jam and the staff is welcoming and attentive. We couldn’t fault the food!

A busy share plate restaurant. Excellent standard, varied offerings and a good wine selection. The lava cake was a desert worth waiting for.
Our last day in Townsville and wanted something "nice". Jam corner was cool, dark and secluded from street noise. Perfect. Great set 3 course lunch menu. Extensive wine menu, and staff who could advise on the wines. Fine dining.
Wonderful food and even more wonderful service. The staff knew all about the food and wine they served and as I was dining alone stopped for a quick chat a couple of times between serving other people which made me feel incredibly welcome. Well worth a visit if you are in Townsville

I visited on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant has a lovely subdued lighting and matching decor which simply alludes fine dining. I had a glass of Mornington Chardonnay which was beautiful with a pleasing palate and lovely notes on the nose. Very smooth on the throat as well. I ordered the scallops for entree and ravioli for mains. They proved excellent choices and completed a wonderful dining experience.

Just had a beautiful dinner at this restaurant! Didn't have any of the main dishes as I loved the sound of the two entrées pictured in this review. Both were flavourful and so beautifully presented! Tiramusi was gorgeous also, but a little hard to eat because of the chocolate dome it was sitting in. Atmosphere was beautiful, sitting inside wasn't like sitting in a fridge, and the staff was so nice and checked in on us to make sure we were enjoying our time there. Couldn't recommend this place more!
Had a wonderful night here, the food was delicious and beautifully served, the atmosphere was gorgeous and the staff were all so sweet. One in particular out did themselves, Anna was our server and she was beyond kind and so helpful. I cannot rave about her service enough! We are so grateful for her, she genuinely made our night. Jam is very lucky to have her. 10/10 recommend visiting this establishment
Recently held our intimate wedding reception in The Loft function room. The service we received was second to none and all our guests commented how amazing the food was. Each staff member went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly and the room looked so beautiful you didn’t really need to add much styling. Thank you Angela and the team at Jam for all your hard work and making our special day even more special.
