Review Bridgewater Q Restaurant - Townsville

Thankyou so much to Angela and all the staff who recently hosted our Wedding. Angela (the event manager) had everything organized and coordinated with the Bridgewater team/staff and outside businesses to ensure that our vision of the night was exactly what we discussed. Everything was superb. The staff were professional, the sommelier matched the wine to our menu selection - which was noted by our guests, nothing was too much trouble for the wait staff - they read the room perfectly. All of the dietary requirements were met for each of our guests and the food was not only picture perfect it was so delicious that another venue manager (who was a guest from Melbourne) praised to the highest level, the taste of ingredients used in the dishes, the freshness and presentation. The night ran so smoothly and we are forever grateful to have such a dedicated and talented venue in Townsville.

Well fine dining at its best. Want to be fussed over and meals cooked to perfection than this is the place to be in Townsville. The 300g rump was cooked to with an inch of its life, and that is just the way I like it. Mind you there isn't much on the plate so don't forget to order a few sides of extra little goodies. The wife had mushroom risotto and loved it. Others had different meals and unfortunately we ate our meals to quickly to get photos. The cocktails are great as well. Please book in advance as this place can get very busy in the heart of Townsville City. Well fine guys, you rocked or night. Cheers big ears

I would have to say my partner and I are speechless! the service from the staff was incredible, they were so kind and helpful and couldn’t be happier with the service they provided us tonight. The food was super tasty and good quality, we had the seafood pasta and everything thing was cooked to perfection as well as the desserts. I have lived in Townsville for 15 years and would have to say this is Is my favourite restaurant by Far.

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to in Townsville with incredible staff and innovative food. I had the cured coral trout as my entree, and it was beautifully presented. Loved my main which was a duck with a lot of flavours and textures. And finally the desserts were all fantastic. We also ordered a number of sides and every one was amazing. Can’t wait to return.

Extremely nice atmosphere in a very pleasant environment. The staff are extremely friendly and the degustation menu is absolutely divine! Great to go with family and friends, but also perfect for a nice romantic dinner.

Great view, amazing cocktails, fantastic food, and professional service. The staff were delightful, and really making an effort to stay COVID-safe (cleaning tables, chairs, etc). 10/10 experience, definitely book dinner here!
