Decent fish, average chips +Pros: good fried fish, grilled garlic bugs -Cons: chips are no good. Was February hot & humid day and they only have fans but still too hot. Preferred SOS Seafood on Magnetic Island

I think that Simply Tops is the best "fish & chips" shop I have ever dined at. I have been coming here since the 1980's. My favourite meal is a battered fish and salad sandwich. The outdoor dining area has cooling breezes from Ross Creek.

Fantastic Fresh Seafood, great value. We over endulged at $40 per head. Also BYO free. Also Dog Friendly. ALL GREAT.

Great food, laid back atmosphere, extra bonus is it's licenced 😉 Went to Simply Tops recently again with a group of 40 + friends. The owner and staff effortlessly catered for the buffet, drink service was instant without waits, clearing of tables after dinner was finished great. Best calamari, prawn

If you love fish and chips like I do, you'll like the food here. I was a little disappointed with the fish; a little overdone for my taste. The chips were hot and crispy moist; ideal. Not a big selection of condiments. Tartar wasn't available or it wasn't pointed out to me. The service was friendly
