Order on line extremely convenient and easy. However this time they got the ingredient choices mixed up. And not once have they been on time. Order for pick up at 6, waited over 20 mins. Online actually says pick up after 6 so…. Go in at least half and hour after selected time.

Picked up a couple of Pasta meals for tea.
Easy to order. Time given to collect eas spot on andost importantly the meals were terrific. One didn't last the night out and the other was finished off for lunch the next day.
Prices and amount of food were fine
Never an issue with quality, was offered a 50% discount on our next order due to an order mishap and a long wait time. Called to place an order in the following weeks and no record of discount can be found and won’t be honored.
Love our pizza but gnocchi was rubbery and hard supposed to be soft and fluffy
My husband and I were fighting over where to get the best Pizza tonight, I found your online ordering and Pizzas came in good time, and I must say we ordered the Special, and meatloaves and added pineapple and Jalapeños and they were topped full to the max with fresh ingredients, Tonight was hands

Like nearly every pizza in Townsville, the base tastes like it's been frozen and not fresh or not cooked enough. Topping were beautiful and well balanced.
I have travelled through Qld nsw and Vic and I cannot find a pizza that beats Riviera. Always fresh, with loads of toppings, and the pizza sauce is perfection.
