The best Indian restaurant in Townsville. Hands down. We had the Mysore Chilli Beef and Paneer Makhani. It was so delicious. The paneer was fresh made cottage cheese and the spice combination was a party in my mouth :) We also had spinach and cheese naan which complimented well.
Dessert only got better. We shared the Gajar Ka Halwa with restaurant made Pistachio icecream. It was scrumptious. We finished the evening with a cuppa of masala.
Service was fantastic. I'll definitely be back :)
Took my Mum and Dad here for Mother's Day dinner on Saturday. Thee best curry I think I have ever had. All 4 of us thought so. Butter chicken was faultless - only thing i would say..is the dish was just a little on the small side. I would recommend getting a starter if you enjoy your food. Rice, incredible, and that Garlic Naan..� I will be craving that for weeks to come. Service was excellent, food was incredible. The only thing i wasn't excited about..was how cold it was in the restaurant. Please take a cardi to keep yourselves warm!
But honestly, you have to eat here! And yes...IT'S BETTER THAN MASALA!!! You will be seeing me again soon �
This is not only the best Indian food in Townsville...it is THE best Indian food I have ever tasted. Massive vegetarian menu options and flavors like you wouldn't believe. Service is absolute second to none. Treat yourself - you won't regret it and you won't want to wait to go back!!!
We came here for Valentine’s Day and we loved it. A bit of a wait, but that’s the price you pay for fresh flavoursome food. Definitely the best Indian in Townsville

We have booked a table for 6 and showed up. The tables were set beautifully and the timing was perfect.
The service was very professional and the food was freshly made. According to my Indian friend, some of the foods were altered to the westerners appetite and pallet which is totally understandable.
Friendly staff who lovingly explained menu items that were unfamiliar or new and gave great recommendations on what to try. Best butter chicken I have ever had anywhere, but portions that are sensible and full of flavour but not oversized. Take the recommendations of the staff on which desserts to try, you won't be disappointed.
A lovely fine dining restaurant on the outskirts of Townsville, The food and wines were so lovely! The owner explained every dish clearly....mick had a salmon curry and I had a curried/peppered prawns... we would love to see this type of dining in Toowoomba. 🌟🌟🌟🌟

My family and I have been visiting Mint for years now and it is honestly the best Indian we have had in Townsville! The meals are delicious and flavoursome, with good quality ingredients and very reasonable portion sizes. I note other poor reviews note the airconditioning is too cold - we just bring jumpers and prepare accordingly. They are very busy and the wait times for food can be long at times, so we just know what we want to order ahead of time and either book a table or arrive early in the evening. The service has always been friendly, with best intentions and very kind. Yes, it's not the cheapest restaurant around but the quality is exceptional. We have no hesitation in recommending Mint, and will happily return time and time again.
