Really disappointed tonight. We have been going to Frank's Napoli for years regularly for both dine in & take away. Food & service is always amazing, have never been able to fault.
Tonight on our way to Frank's we withdrew $200. Meal & service was beautiful until the end when we billed out.

Just as good as I remember! Went here multiple times when I lived here 10 years ago, and came for a visit recently. The parmy was just as good as I remember! Easily feeds 3 people, and everything comes with Spag Bol. Yum!! A family run restaurant with passion. Frank’s is a Ville Institution!
My fettuccine carbonara tasted like it was garnished heavily with flour. We would have sent the dish back but unfortunately we were seated near the kitchen area and got to listen to the chef talk terribly about other customers/their children and their own workers throughout our meal and decided not
Absolutely disgusting and over priced with horrible service, I asked about the wait time and was told there was no wait as all of the tables had been served.. then watched the other 10 tables get served their pizza first.
After about 30 minutes waiting I started a timer to humour my friend and clock
I have forgotten how good Frank's is! It's been a while between visits (over 6 years) and both times the friendly service was above and beyond. The food is amazing, generous and fresh.
Family owned and run, it's always a nice change to eat at a place that doesn't try too hard but focuses on the thin

$19.50 for a small container with maybe 4-5 pieces of ricotta cheese ravioli pasta, absolutely not worth it, and thanks for heavily cross contaminating my vegetarian pizza with meat, not a care in the world making these pizza, sloppy, hard base and absolutely tasteless. Never again, will not recomme
