I haven't been in to the store for 21 months, I found the same Friendly faces behind the counter and got the same great service with a smile and a chat. And they make the hottest chillie pizza I've ever eaten. The young lady with the earrings is the BEST

Great value for the money. The pizzas are well worth their price in size and flavour. I'll keep going back again and again. The staff are friendly and the stores setup is amazing with arcade games and air-hockey to play while you wait.

Great pizza, very rich in flavors and generous in toppings, although they might taste too salty to some. They cost more than the multinational companies, but they are well worth it. One family sized pizza from players feeds my family of 6.

As a small business owner when i walk into a small business i not only look through a customers eyes i also look at what the business is doing in terms of marketing, service, differentiation and customer experience. Players pizza exceeds on all levels. I really am impressed with how they have such a high level of customer experience consistently, not just when they first opened but every time after that too. Then to top it off with wonderful pizzas and when you get the pizza home the customer experience continues with their messages in the box and $1 vouchers on the box. Players pizza are one of those businesses that others look at and try to imitate. They are industry innovators. Well done players team!

Good quality pizza loaded with toppings. Excellent coeliac friendly, gluten free options on most of their menu. Highly recommend Players Pizza for your next pizza night.

Players will always be my favourite pizza and pasta. Chicken Carbonara is my absolute favourite 😍!!! 10/10 customer service, always feel welcomed and the food never disappoints.

So many great Pizzas to choose from so much yummy menu items. My fav the Mars Bar Calzone and the Cheese Calzone. We are regulars my sons and husband would eat it every day if I let them not a single pizza not liked. Great people local small business which also supports other locals.

Definitely the best place for a pizza, heaps of topping on both our pizzas and very delicious. Excellent customer service, we are hooked and will be ordering again �

These pizzas!! OMG. I was in love with another pizza place, had one of these bad boys Friday night and I can safely say I’m not going back. The young lady that helped us that night was so lovely and helpful.

What a great family owned & operated business! The vibe is so friendly + professional, you can tell the difference between other franchise stores! We don't live any where near willows but will come over this way for the best pizzas in Townsville!

My daughter attended the pizza making class and she hasn't stopped talking about it. She had an absolute ball and the pizza she made wasn't too bad either for an apprentice. I hope there will be more opportunities to do this, it was a low cost school holiday activity that even parents can get something out of. P.S they're pizza's are always amazing!
