Nandos can be hit and miss, this one was a big miss.
Waited 30+ minutes for our food when there was only 2 other customers in the restaurant. Food sat at the counter for a few minutes before we got up and fetched it ourselves.
Food was delicious and food perfectly, the only reason for the 3 stars.

Always enjoyed the Nando’s power bowl… just moved to Townsville and went to these guys and ordered the power bowl… best ever! Thanks crew!!

I like Nando's, however last visit service wasn't great, they had contractors on a ladder working in the kitchen with something in/on the ceiling grills with Nando's staffer preparing food right below and not nit picking but I saw dust/grime fall down from the grills while they were being touched, glad I was in the process of still ordering, was able to walk out. I would go there again as it's not normal, however staff rostered on should be taking more care.

I ilke Nando's and this one is very like all the others. Seems well run - there was a large party in when I went and the kitchen was managing to serve the dine in customers and keep the takeaway turning over. Food is good - upper tier takeaway and the classiest of the chicken chains.

They don't accept cash nor will they allow you to buy at the counter instead forcing you to order via QR code on the table, which means if you happen to be dining without your smart phone then you are out of luck. On top of this the staff are often slow (in the head) and routinely mess up the order. I used to frequent this place however now I avoid it which is a shame as the food is good.

It's always a great experience attending Nandos Fairfield. Their customer service is excellent and they take time to remember a customer's name. Today I got home with my regular order to find a surprise for my children. This small gesture reminds me there are good people out there.

Good experience. stuffed up my burger order took it back but they sorted it quickly I did add chips at the time I arrived there again I said I'll pay they wouldn't let me pay, I mentioned you're a business I understand I don't mind paying, they insisted no charge. I'm the end happy with my meal thanks nando team.
