Nice Brasserie with a French flavour and international cuisine …. Located very centrally in Nelly Bay, in the local shopping centre… just a short walk from the ferry terminal. Pizza was nice, Chicken Parmigiana was also nice, on another night. Plenty of seating. Staff very friendly, like almost all folks in the island. Worth eating here at least once.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We were told this is an amazing restaurant, although we were mislead and quickly disappointed. I paid $60 for a 250g overcooked steak, drink and a side, how ridiculous. Insanely overpriced for a mediocre meal. The customer service was disgusting, causing us to feel like a hassle, and not being welcomed there. Whilst ordering, there was a poor description of food when we asked what was in their meals, and sauce is an extra $4 for a small tub!! How ridiculous! The owner’s reply’s were rude and blunt. We ordered our food, then the 5 of us had to walk ourselves to a table, and weren’t even offered table water. After waiting 30 minutes for our food, even though we were the only one’s in the restaurant, our meals arrived. My friend was half way through eating her chips, when she noticed 3 strands of long white hair throughout her meal. She then looked over at her sauce, to see 2 long white strands of hair on top, which looked like cat hair. Appalled, she took her meal back just for the owner to aggressively reply with “that wasn’t us.” She got her chips replaced, although once the food came out she discovered yet MORE long strand’s of brown hair in her meal. My friend who ordered pasta, was eating her meal and ALSO found a long strand of brown hair in her food. We were disgusted! The manager came out and quickly victimized herself then blamed us for the hair in the food. We got a refund for the chips although once the pasta arrived, the second the the waiter put down the meal, we saw a hair and called him back for yet another replacement. The owner questioned whether we put it in our ourselves, asking each of us if we had a cat, and that the hair was probably just off our clothes. She made us feel like a burden when we sent back the food, she was extremely rude and we could tell she was tired of collecting and then bringing out meals again. My apologies for not wanting to eat food with hair in it! There was a young gentleman who provided kind service and even tried to take the blame for all the hair, but later told us that he was getting yelled at in the kitchen and that the chefs were extremely angry with our complaints. Not happy with our experience. We understood you didn’t know were the hair was coming from either, but don’t put the blame on us. I believe we were treated this way for being younger. Won’t be coming back.

We were really looking forward to have dinner here. I was on the island for work and even though the school holidays are over everything is fully booked out each night. We finally scored a early evening table here today. The menu has two bottles of cab sav yet they didn't have any available. We have a motorhome so asked if we can bring our own bottle as we don't drink anything else and wanted to celebrate.. they charges us $7.50..each! So after paying $15 to drink my own wine as they couldn't supply any we proceeded to order a pizza and their sea food pasta. The pizza was actually pretty good. The seafood fettuccini is just a lot of pasta, a lot of cream and 4 prawns. Just 4 little prawns.. That's it. It takes a lot for us to say something..I went back in and politely asked to see the menu to see if I missed something under the 'seafood pasta' name, they said no. Only prawns. Manager/owner guy eventually followed me out and said that they should call it just prawn pasta and that currently prawns are expensive so only 4 it is. He did ask us of we want something else additionally after this public exchange of views.. truth is it was a lot of food..just not a lot of sea food. Price $26 for the 'seafood pasta'. I don't recommend this place or at least I'd lower my hopes..

Went here because we were on Maggie and wanted Pizza. Have read numerous negative reviews on this place but mine won't be one of them. There were 4 of us, we all ordered separate pizza's, dined in and all were extremely delicious! Service was good, drinks were good. Will come back again next time on the Island :-)

The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was efficient and the service was amazing. I welcome tips as they were well worth it. We are about to try dessert and I have high hopes. I’m sure I won’t be disappointed

18 years in this business and still offering fast, efficient and friendly service, not to mention delicious hawaiian pizza at $20, why wouldn't you be very happy with that!! Sorry only half a pizza pictured, couldn't wait!😁

Was a little put off by the initial stressed young waitress that greeted us as there was some confusion about where dine in people should stand and where people collecting takeaway should stand. We dined in and were again not disappointed by the food. We had pizzas, steak, parmi and the Belgian waffles are a must!

Excellent burger and chips pack. Take away = dine in prices. But quality is definitely there. Highly recommend.
