Review Bakehouse On Eyre - Townsville

I moved from Townsville to Brisbane and missed your breakfast & desserts immensely! So I decided to share my love with my ex-colleagues via your “Hampers & Gifts” option. Thank you to the team at Bakehouse on Eyre for helping me with the numerous questions, for giving me a peace of mind by letting me know the minute my order was delivered and for catering to all my colleagues’ diet needs (vegan & GF etc.). The hamper looked incredible - it was a piece of art! It was hugely loved & demolished! Thank you 🙏🏼

My husband introduced me here. Beautiful yoghurt bowls we got and salmon and avocados. Chef directly served the food for us. Pretty lovely. However, it was a bit hot inside. And we got their bread$8

We had the perfect brunch today, the coffee was amazing and served so quickly. The big big bucket cups answer my need for coffee prayers. We pick this place as it’s super pet friendly. We love bringing our dog to breakfast on the weekends and she gets excited about the doggie treats.

Overall my experience was very pleasant and food tasted delicious. Servers have a enthusiastic attitude and fitted well in the environment. I did think their watermelon uniforms were quite tacky and unprofessional. I think they should be changed to something basic/plain to fit in with the environment of the cafe.

My partner and I had lunch at the Bakehouse yesterday. The food was amazing, staff so kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was lovely. What a credit to Vanessa and the team. Will definitely be making more trips to sample all the goodies 😊

Lovely environment and service from all staff. Food was excellent but a little over priced for the portion sizes. My main complaint though is the staff uniforms. The uniforms are these tacky and ridiculous looking watermelon shirts that all staff are forced to where. The uniform makes the shop look cheep and honestly kinda ruined my whole experience, as I just cringed at there shirts the whole time. The shirts also have no mention of the work logo so you would have no clue who was actually working there and who the other customers were. But overall my experience was awesome, I just think if you guys change the uniforms to something else, and maybe showcased the work logo it would make your shop much more sophisticated and less tacky.

Quick service. Good food. Pet friendly.

We ordered the breakfast platter to share which contained freshly baked croissants, jam, ham etc. Croissants were still frozen inside, banana bread wasn’t particularly fresh and service quite slow. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for fresh baked products.
