Stumbled across this pub. Built 1885. Almost finished doing major renovations. Looks fantastic. Excellent value for money meals. Beer icy cold, wine glasses chilled. Will return on our way back from up north

Very welcoming hotel, staff very honest and attentive. The Parmy was delicious and very generous in portion the staff even offered a container to take home. Well priced would definitely recommend

Good pub. Pretty quiet during the day. Went at night and had the best BBQ Ribs. Sunday I had the best Roast of the Day I've ever had apart from a home cooked meal.
