I came here to grab some dinner for takeout as I wanted an easy dinner without needing to cook. There was no wait time and it was a straight in and order. They also now support phone and online ordering so you can order ahead which is a great improvement to see. I ended up ordering the Combination Noodles without seafood and the staff members were able to cater for this. I did notice though that the same glove was used to scoop all the meats so if you have severe allergies, best to avoid this place as there is definitely cross contamination that happens between the ingredients. The food was prepared very very quick, and was ready in less than 5 minutes. During the prep though, we noticed they had a sign saying "Did you get a receipt? If not your meal is free". I queried them about this as I was not given a receipt and asked if my meal could be free, but they just handed the receipt to me when I asked. Seems a bit weird and misleading to have advertising like that and the staff can get around it by just giving you a receipt after the fact. Taste was good and the noodles were steaming hot, which was great. Each of the noodles had a good coating of sauce too, which was nice to see. I tried to sign up for the Noodle Crew while in store too and was told that they don't do it. Checking Noodle Box's website, it's still advertised as available so I don't know if this is an Australian wide issue with not accepting sign ups or if it's just the Deeragun Noodle Box only. All in all, fast experience and good food but not recommended for people with sensitive food allergies due to the cross contamination of using the same glove for handling ingredients. My partner ordered honey soy chicken noodles from this franchise. They made it with the wrong ingredients, and I told them which ingredients were wrong and I read it off the menu to them. Called to let them know and they happily replaced it for me, however it was made exactly the same as the first time. Missing 4 key ingredients. Not impressed. Don't even bother with this franchise.

I have managed to find this store open twice over the past 3 weeks, and I thought that the food was great. My complaint is that the store is often closed when it's listed trading hours state that it should be open. I was there today at 1pm, when it should have been open, but once again it was closed. This is the 4th time I have been to the store between 11.30am and 3.00pm only to find it closed. Very disappointing, and maybe they should update their very confusing trading hours sign.

I was there tonight, and I waited about 10 mins to order because the stressed girl at the front (who no-one was helping) was trying to refund money to another unhappy customer. Then I ordered my meal with thin noodles and asked to be spicy. Didn't get either, and the flavour was very bland. Disappointed!

Ordering online is so easy now that they updated it. However, they still cooked the wrong thing. I ordered satay chicken with no meat, and it tasted like teriyaki that was cooked in old oil, oh and yes there was a whole lot of chicken in the meal. They even confirmed that they cooked it the way I wanted on the receipt. Good work! The inconsistency is getting old.

Nope. Never again. I ordered sweet and sour pork. There was like 5 pieces of pork in a tasteless sauce and the other 3 quarters of the box was rice. If I wanted rice I would have ordered rice! $15 that cost me. 1 star is too generous.

Most recently I phoned to order my meal, was told there would be a 45 minute wait, no worries, only to drive up there and be told that they couldn't make it as they didn't have enough rice to do the 2 fried rice meals I ordered... That was all I ordered! 45 minutes before hand!!! Multiple times now I've been told my order would be ready by a certain time only to be left waiting another 30mins. I won't be back! Unprofessional to say the least!!!

Very average, flavor is just ok. They have a heap of ingredients not available with no substitute on offer ... they didn't even have chopsticks when I got my order. The guy there doesn't even seem to care, it's like he's doing me the favor here by taking my order.
