We recently had our wedding reception at the surf club. From the first meeting with Sam to the event was handled so smoothly. Sam ensured all details of our wedding were perfect, the staff on the day were fantastic and catered to our every ask. I can't recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

The smashed Avo breakfast with Salmon was the best I have ever had. Everything was delicious, the bread was crunchy enough but also soft enough to enjoy. Very happy with food and presentation. Staff good. Not great with large groups as didn't use Table numbers which were there which made bringing food through difficult to find the correct person. Still great view.

Great event venue. In all my years living in Townsville, I only went to The Surf Club for the first time last night. Sea breezes, open verandah and indoor function room. Grazing table was very well presented

Absolutely delicious breakfast and to look at the ocean while you're eating.

The venue is wonderful, great ocean views and decent facilities. Except you'll be waiting half your morning for any food or drinks to arrive.

The coffee is usually good and we go about 1km out of our way (walk past other coffee outlets) to get coffee from the Surf Club. This morning it tasted burnt and was so bad my wife decided to tip hers out. Just a heads up guys. We will cone back and try again next week.
