Review Troy Kebabs - Townsville

Kebabs are the bomb. Troy's kebabs always do an awesome kebabs. Always added extras, cut in half to manage easily. Healthy as too.

Either extremely overpriced or I was ripped off. 1 small kebab and HSP will set you back $30. The food is fresh but the staff member that served me definitely needed to brush up on their customer service skills.

Delicious food, didn’t have to wait long and good service

Such a huge variety to choose from that all looked so delicious to try we went with traditional chicken kebab and it was beautiful, cooked just right, have been back a few times now, and is our go to kebab shop.

Kebabs are good but always cold when unwrapped. Probably need to leave them in the sandwich press a bit longer than 10 seconds. This is a constant problem every time i go there. Staff are friendly & efficient but I would like my kebab hot please not cold.

Taste is awesome.. the delicious taste and crispy kebabs, makes my desire to visit shop. The fragrance and aroma is unbeatable... i would recommend everyone to please reach out and dont miss out the deal.. if u wont then i swear u are missing important moment from ur life

the food is great no doubt about BUT for the dollars they charge its not worth and on top too much msg in their chips hence 1 star not coming again

Great kebab! I have been searching townsville for a quality kebab and this one takes the gold. Pleanty of filling and heaps of salad add on choices. Tidy shop with lovely customer service.

I tried troys for the first time and thought it was pretty good. Only disappointment was the size of the kebab - you have small and medium, why not sell a large. What you consider to be large isn't at all, and you advertise mon and tues the deal for $5 kebab and drink, when I went in was charged $10 something for the kebab and the cost of a drink on top, the ad is misleading.

Epic place to eat, ordered one meal between us and the owner gave us extra chips to make sure we had enough!

Ordered a Kebab, chips and 2 cans of softdrink. Only 1 other customer was in the shop, so got my order and put it in the car to only remember the 2 softdrinks so went back in to the shop and no one was behind the counter so i just grabbed my 2 cans and left, to only get chased down to my car and get accused of not buying the drinks from the same lady that served me.

Great food, great service. The business owner always makes customers valued. Everyone who works in the Domain complex loves this place!

Always tastes nice but the size of the Kebab for the price slows me down going here. You can go to the Kebab shop at Kirwan and get a Kebab of good size for the same price.

WHY pay $10.00 for a combo meal of preservatives ,fats and mystery ingredients ,at your local fast food shop ?When you can have a health ,nutritious meal consisting of ingredients that are heart-healthy and good for you ! Been a regular customer for a couple of months now, service has always been fantastic, there was one bad time where the quality was lacking, but after calling to voice these concerns we were offered numerous apologies and a promise of a replacement upon next regular visit, If you ever have a bad experience here go back, I promise it was a rare occasion and it will be 10/10 every other time!

I went there there for the first time today and was less than impressed with the customer service. The girl behind the counter was very sharp and quick to the point she even rolled her eyes when i tried to engage with her. After serving me she sat down on a chair behind the counter and played with her phone ingnoring other customers. I found this to be very un professional. The girl obviously needs some on the job training.
