2 of the last 3 of my orders have had at least one pizza smashed and inedible. On one delivery the driver dropped a bottle of soft drink and just left it on the road in front of my house without even acknowledging it. More money wasted. No idea what's happened here recently but it seems like most of the staff don't care at all anymore. Not saying they need to act like its the most important job in the world but a basic minimum standard should be kept when you take people's money. They won't take any more of mine though.

We ordered 2 today the taste of the pizza was not right 4 people had a piece and all complained about the awful taste on the base. we order each week no complaints before. I called the store to let them know that if they spray the tins with oil it tasted rancid (bad oil) . More got thrown in the bin than eaten.

Delivery was ok with the friendly lady, but the pizzas was a disaster. Ordered 3 pizza and its come like this , i keep going to toilet after that🥲

Here on holidays. I bought 2 pizza for pickup. The pizzas were ready on time and were delicious. So much nicer than the other pizza chain (which is all I can buy in my town - so bad I usually make my own pizza).

All of the pizza hut stores in Townsville should be shut down..! They have a ridiculous rodent and cockroach problem. Half of the time their fridge isn’t working so the meat goes cold then warm and then back cold again many times throughout one day. I wouldn’t trust anything you get out of that place. The way the owners treat their employees are a whole other story within itself!!

One of the worst Pizza Hut experiences. This store customer service is a complete disaster. This place is utter shame for the The Pizza Hut franchise. Will never recommend for anyone👎🏻👎🏻🤬🤬

i paid rightfully with my hard-earned money and didnt recieve my order after mutiple times calling they did not answer the phone DO NOT RECCOMEND.

Worse service no one wanted to serve or hand out pizza’s waited over an hour for my pick up pizza to be told it hasn’t been started yet!
