Went in to get dinner with my family, ordered at the self-serve kiosk and received no receipt as the printer was not working. After receiving our order we were missing 4 medium fries and a cheeseburger. Asked for our missing items and received lots of attitude in return, including asking for a receipt we were never given and calling us rude for wanting the food we paid for. Thankfully I live nowhere near here so I can rest easy knowing I will never eat here again.

Its alright, average McDonald's. You're not exactly gonna get the best food unless you're getting a soft serve. The soft serves are great. Then again, when you go to a McDonald's you don't expect good food.

The 2 burgers I ordered were good to go, 1 had a 2 extras and 3 add ons. Fries were fresh and the bites were hot. Once of the cleaner maccas I've been into, the lass who was on the floor was out and about checking things out and sweeping where needed. All over it issues with the ice cream machine (bit of a meme now) but chocolate was good to go. So keep up the effort team.

Has to be the worst McDonald's in Australia, it took 20 mins to make 2 coffees one of which was just black so not that hard. When we tasted the long black coffee it was so week it was more like red hot black water.
The food order was wrong and by the time we got our coffees the food was also cold.
When we complained to the manager she explained that it was not an easy job working in McDonald's also the young lady making the black coffee was in training, she then progressed to tell me my expectations were to high of simply getting a food order right.
Avoid this McDonald's at all costs people.

The order yourself machine was painful and a waste of my time. When I order a family pack a simple process so don't complicate the bloody process. As this occurred 3 times I left and bought from Betta burgers. Was quick and no complications. So I know where I'm going next time.

Coffee and hash browns on the way to soccer, quick run through the drive thru was good, hash browns always good, and coffee is OK, it's consistently acceptable so I will continue to go back. If good morning coffee did hash browns, that would be a different story...

Tired of constantly getting incorrect orders, despite repeatedly telling staff more than once what I need. Tired of getting home to find stuff I can't eat in bags that are labelled what I can eat..e.g. cheese sticks (whatever they are) in bags labelled Chicken McBites? Do I have to check each and every bloody time. Not good enough lift your game. Oh and whilst you are at it...how about actually COOKING the fries! surely you are not that hard pressed for time you have to serve undercooked fries!

Food was hot!! Full chips!! Burgers made like actual burgers not thrown into the box!! Food stacked in the takeaway bag like tetris!! Was a master peice hahaha will definitely be going back to this one!! And customer service was so nice
