Review Domino's Pizza - Townsville

Ordered the $8 double beef and onion tonight. This is what I received. Half the pizza doesn't even have any beef or onion on it. Seriously how is this okay to hand this out to a customer. Please re train your staff We ordered 5 pizza's altogether and they were all like this with toppings mostly on one half of the pizza. There needs to be a sense of pride in a product that you deliver to a customer and I honestly don't understand how an employee can think this is okay to serve to a paying customer. Very disappointing. It doesn't make me want to order pizza here again.

Ordered a deep pan hawaiian pizza with bbq sauce, got a thin base pizza with no sauce or pinapple on it at all, was just plain dough and cheese with a bit of ham and some random green ingredent from someone elses pizza, Took 2 bites and was worst pizza i have ever tasted, The sour girl working the late sunday shift customer service was a struggle to even just say the price,

We paid extra to get the extra large pizza (first photo) and we’re so disappointed by the quality, we took it back and they kindly made another one for us (second photo).

Twice you've messed up my order bad. One was a delivery and everything was burnt and disgusting and you forgot my extra sauce, I paid extra for. Tried to let that slide even though that was $40... Really would like a refund. The other was tonight, was very disappointed once again! I'm not one to leave bad reviews but when I spend that kind of money, I expect better quality.

Ordered 3 pizzas 2 weeks ago, incorrect pizzas delivered and called to check what happened. Dominos said they'd give a credit to the value for the next order. However tried to call today 6 times in the past 30 min all just rung out. No idea how to claim thru online order.

There is no option to give 0 stars or to choose food never delivered. The food was never delivered or attempted to be delivered. I ordered for a 7pm delivery. When I rang the restaurant at 7.15 pm a lady on the phone said that the order is about to leave the restaurant in 10 min. At 8.30 pm I still had not received the order and rang Domino's Aitkenvale again. This time a man said that they have not received my order. Then he said my address is out of delivery area. After that he says they cannot edit or cancel the order because the menulog app is not working. There are so many things wrong here. The people ( who i have interacted with) working here are lying to me who have no work ethics From Menulog's end, they must remove the option to order from my address if it is out delivery area. Why was the order even placed if they cannot deliver. A ridiculous fiasco and that too for fast food pizza!! I will make sure i stay away from this place or menulog

I bought a Pizza from this joint and there seriously was a tiny little bit of topping on it, basically I got delivered bread. If you want a descent Pizza, I wouldn’t bother with this shop, the owners a cheap skate! I’d rather pay a little more than get that type of Pizza.

Never been there, only had deliveries... I can't judge off one bad experience as all the other time's I've had pizza delivered have been great 🙂
