Worst pub in Townsville. No meals and some of the staff are real nasty. Went there 7pm on Saturday night and I was the only person in the bar and they were nasty to me. No wonder no one goes there.

The attitude of the Duty Manager Bernie is disgusting. Abuses customers, runs down previous staff to customers. Has an outright poor attitude for customer service. All the good staff have left and you have to wonder why. Well actually know one wonders. There will be no customers left soon if something isn’t done.

The strong smell of White Ox greets you on entry. The meal and bar service was particularly slow, staff weren't willing to change the pay tv channel to the NRL on a Saturday night and the poker machines were a complete dead loss, 3 from 3. Don't waste your time.

Needs a proper kitchen. Staff are always polite. Coles has enough money to employ more staff and promote this pub and area.

Friendly, down to earth staff, relaxed patrons, pool tables, pokies/keno room, air con actually WORKS, ATM's, clean atmosphere, not to busy so nice quiet relaxed atmosphere most times, good food, bottle shop, good smoking areas out front and out back.

If you expect the basics from a pub for example service, manners from the staff, cold beer, half decent TV, not miss a race because the staff are to lazy to keep two TAB machines open while they meander around like sloths, not getting harassed by bludgers asking for money constantly, soap in th toilets and not getting served begrudgingly to the point of feeling guilty for even asking for a beer then DO NOT GO TO THIS PUB!! Because that is all you will get. The best solution for this hell hole is a Bulldozer.

Absolutely appaulling food. Over-priced menu, abusive and rude staff members, limited parking. Serious rodent and pigeon and cockroach infestation. Incredibly putrid.

Had our engagement party here and the staff were incredibly welcoming, let us set up in the beer garden, helped us hire the duke box and made our night.
