Overpriced, almost 30 dollars for 2 burgers alone, not in a meal deal. long wait times. Lack of customer service skills. Average burger at best. All HJ locations have had a steady decline in quality. I thought this might be the last hope, it wasn't.

I wouldn't say the dine in experience at this HJ's is particularly good, so you may want to stick to the drive thru for this one. It is small for space, dirty, and the kids area is very filthy. The food is pretty good compared to McDonald's however.

Ordered pancakes weren't available even though on board with no notice. No apology was given. So ordered bacon & egg mcmuffin small meal deal, egg was very overcooked with bits of grey on it, asked for extra hot coffee got luke warm. Also ordered bbq breakky wrap came with no bbq sauce and the bacon

The friendly service. The burgers are definately better, it is a shame they no longer use beetroot and again no softserve unfortunately.

On Fri 4 Feb 2022 about 12.30p. the drive through order radio/mic was out so orders had to be placed with the staff member and cars were backed up. The young girl taking orders must have been under huge pressure but she was handling the situation like a pro, cheery, upbeat and pleasant. What a gem,

I'm here all the time for a frozen coke. Whoppers are good but I really don't like the cheeseburgers with BBQ sauce. Caramel shakes are a winner.

got great customer service this morning by a manager name kerri, she was so sweet and kind. Also have the best tasting diet coke!!

Had a nice coffee from here this morning, took me Abit to figure out the new lid system but I put that down to being a man, we don't do simple, was a nice coffee that hit the spot that needed and expected from hungry Jack's, and the staff where nice.
