After taking my order and they start to make my order I'm then informed there is a 30 minute wait for original chicken and wanted to substitute with Zinger chicken. If I wanted zinger I would have asked for it. To be out of chicken at 7pm is a bit hard to comprehend

You don't expect much at a place like KFC. But the table was dirty, staff were standing around talking, my crispy strips were burnt and not much larger than a nugget, and they just gave me any sauce they could throw into it. Staff simply didn't care yesterday. As soon as my order was done they went back to chatting.

Ordered online, what we received was the lowest quality service! Failed to remove sauce from burgers making them inedible (allergies) and I wouldn't feed the 'chips' they sent us to the dogs. What a hole

Asked for an original tenders box. 15 minutes after I ordered, I was told they didn’t have any tenders because the “chef” didn’t want to cook them. I asked for them to be replaced by original chicken pieces. They didn’t have any of them ready either but amazingly, the “chef” was now prepared to cook the tenders. Completely and utterly hopeless.

Fresh hot and delicious. But only on very frequent occasions I eat KFC, and it's better quality than its rivals.

Order was 1 piece of chicken short (store are going to rectify). Best KFC potato and gravy I have had for years, gravy thick and tasty. Chips were well cooked and seasoned. Staff friendly and service quick.

Drive thru order - Family Feast didn't want coleslaw, swapped for another potato and gravy, got to the window, sorry we are out of potato and gravy, would you like gravy instead? Just grabbed another larger chips to replace all sides. Got home, chicken cooked, very cooked almost broke our teeth attempting to bite into it, tasted like it was leftover pieces from the lunch run, the chips were warm and soggy. Sadly our Easter weekend has started of with the family sick withfood poisoning.

KFC was good but the store maintenance was lacking a cracked plate glass window was dropping glass shards into the dining area,staff seemed oblivious to this.
