Chips LOOKED amazing (colour was beautiful and golden).
However, were raw inside (still hard).
Battered fish was completely tasteless @ small.
Asked for 4 slices of bread/butter... Was charged $1/slice.
Could have bought a whole loaf.
Shop has a terrible smell (old, musty, dirty) and general cleanliness was well below the standard you would expect from a place serving food.
Was actually regretting my purchase, the second I noticed the state of the shop.
I can generally excuse a red flag or two... but the ONLY positive was the lady who served me was lovely.

Such great service from the lovely lady who answered the phone to take our order. she even notified us of road works in the area so we could navigate our way around them to the shop. The chips were amazing, some of the best chips we have ever had!

I really enjoyed their burgers, their mince patties are home made and quite tasty. Extra credit because their potato cakes are real potato rather than instant potato.

Let me tell you a sorry about sami place, this one time i went there and rode all the way there and home and once i got home realised that my order was wrong so i gave them a call and sami drove to my house with the food that got forgotten, in my eyes this is going beyond for your customers i have been going there for a long time and will not go to another shop, because their food is fantastic and they are always so friendly
