Review Iimis Cafe - Traralgon

Food was good and have good portion. Food price was slightly higher than Melbourne CBD, but the service definitely needs further improvement: _Ordered ‘Iced Lemon Tea’, got a bottle of Lipton peach tea. _Food takes 40 mins to come out since order. _Staff doesn’t look happy (maybe because it was crowded during Easter).

Walked in late morning for brunch. Very prompt service. Friendly staff. Quick delivery of coffee and then our meals. We ordered French Toast and Californian Eggs. Both meals esthetically delightful and deliciously scrumptious. We'll be back for sure! Thanks IMIS.

Food was good, the ice chocolate not so. I asked for extra chocolate in mine but was still very milky. We were seated outside, service was ok. All our drinks came out except for one and had to ask for it.

OMG! The dumplings were amazing. Portion sizes were perfect, although I still couldn't eat it all. I asked for a takeaway container, and I was given one! Thank you for letting me take the delicious food home instead of throwing it in the bin!

Amazing food and coffee, very friendly waitresses. Lucy was very professional and polite. When you go try the caramel cheese cake, its amazing.

Very disappointed in my experience this morning. I ordered my food and was disgusted to find a strand of long black hair in the middle of my Egg Florentine. I had only eaten a quarter of my meal and was too grossed out to continue so left still hungry! When I told staff the man was beyond rude telling me it’s not his problem and that he couldn’t apply a discount for the inconvenience. I’m not one to complain but staff were extremely rude from the start and finding hair in my breakfast was the last straw. When I first brought this to the attention of the lady at the front she replied “okay that’s fine” and proceeded to ask for my money. No it is not fine to be rude to a table of paying customers and then when they find a piece of hair in their meal be unwilling to take a percentage off. Horrible experience.

Food was Amazing, The staff were very friendly and helpful as I'd never been to the area and answered my questions clearly and gave answers that helped so much. Would definitely recommend this Cafe to eat at. Coffee was perfectly made and better flavour than many other places I've been..
