Great taste, well presented and reasonably priced pizzas with quick delivery. Ordered pizzas from my local store after few years and very impressed with the quality, taste and service. Keep it up.

What a joke……ordered online and had the funds charged to my account instantly. 1 hour later I called the branch who told me it was a “head office” issue and didn’t have my order. I filled the feedback form in and requested a refund. 4 days later the money was taken out of my account. Never again Pizza Hut Disappointing to say the least

I am a regular customer of this pizza hut tuarthill, but our today pizza was burnt. It was the worst pizza I ever had.

Food is great (not difficult upon selection of a franchise and choice pending on the consumer…..) However; service at THIS store in particular, is absolutely TERRIBLE!! No service upon entry to the store, nobody cooking or processing other orders…. 3mins later, a “startled” employee attended the service area. Selected my preorder and then took a further 6 or so mins to be able to process the order and charge me. Upon arriving home I see i’ve been overcharged for what I had ordered too. Luckily I like the pizzas, yet the service and broken English is a stirring problem here. FFS- it wasn’t even during a busy period/peak time…. Service at this store is (politely said) POOR!

Pathetic service. 1 hour for waiting than than after I get burn pizza never come back. No one even pick the up cl abd they put pizza on road,seriously disgusting service .never recommend anyone. Don't go there.

If I could give minus stars I would. No one followed my instructions to bring eftpos machine. Driver turns up speaks no English calls the store I relay my message he leaves with my food to pick up eftpos. Made me walk all the way up the drive way from the last unit when he arrived. Driver didn't return with my food or the eftpos. Very angry face rated from me

Lost our order. Impossible to call the store direct. After 30 minson hold to call centre, they gave us a phone number that just goes to full mailbox and hangs up. After an hour after expected delivery went down to store to be told it was lost. Previous experience has been poor quality. Don't waste your time

We got 3 pizzas, cheesy garlic bread and cheese bites. Was great for Pizza Hut pizza with delivery
