Would only recommend visiting this place if the friendly gentleman is working, every other staff member has not been friendly, or hasn’t listened to my request. I asked for a little bit of salt on my pretzel and the ladies working today put no salt on at all.
The owner is generally all round rude. He swore at some kids I saw sitting at one of the tables there. Rude.

What an amazing little shop. Always fresh food and great service. Owners are super friendly and just their positive attitude and welcoming energy lifted my spirits after a bad day. 10/10 would reccomend

Owned and operated by a lovely couple who have an easy going attitude and ready made smile. They have the most mouth watering bacon and egg sandwich I’ve had the good pleasure of tasting, and an experienced barista in Nick who can alleviate your early morning drowsiness with a great cup of coffee. I work in the centre this shop is located and the workers/owners do not wash their hands after using the bathroom and go straight back making food 🤮 they also smoke a lot through out the day and do not wash their hands. I would highly advise being careful eating here.

If it was possible to give a place zero stars Poppy’s Pretzels would get that. Unfortunately, as I am not able to do that they receive one star.
First of all when approaching the store I could hear the manager yelling at other employees of the centre as he refused to turn his obnoxiously loud music
