Got a coffee. Fast friendly service in a very busy mall. Happy that my loyalty card from Canberra could be carried over and was usable. Great coffee.

Got my Lunch from there today had not opened it up until I got back to my office and taken two bites and found a dirty used Band-Aid. Safe to say I will not be eating from there again. Complaint has been submitted to the health department also. Staff should also be wearing colourful Band-Aids.

I was mortified to open my food, firstly I had to request that they put more food in the container as it still was a quarter empty, then all the salad was wilted rotten! A supermarket wouldn't have sold it! Never again will I buy from Tuggerah!
