The food is amazing.The service on the day we were there was lets say politely ordinary.Chocolate stain on mums white skirt not appreciated because seats and table not cleaned properly.Still 5 stars as the product is amazing-such young staff clearly not trained so really just Needs managing-will be back such potential! I hope they hire someone who cares enough to make it the amazing experience it should be x
Great place to met with friends and family. Lots of room to sit around. Staff friendly. Chocolate great. Large variety of drinks and food with chocolate of course.
I have been going there for years they make a ureal coffee and the is just ad good... Very polite staff...

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Hot chocolate & strawberries banana & marshmallows dipped in milk chocolate. Yummy
If you want chocolate, then this is the place to go. Great staff and the prices are very reasonable. Waiting time is minimal and seating is fine.
YUM! If you are a true chocolate lover you will love this place.
