Review Luna Rossa - Tugun

Excellent Italian food. The owner Orlando is also the chef and his daughter also works there. A real family restaurant with tasty home cooked food like Nonna made. Full of flavour.

Wow, what a stunning meal! We started with the bruschetta, which was fresh and delicious. The fettuccine marinara with creamy garlic sauce was to die for and the seafood was perfectly cooked. The slow cooked lamb was melt-in-the-mouth winter warmer comfort food. Tiramisu and homemade sticky date pudding to finish, the sticky date being the star of the show. We’ll definitely be back!

Our first time to try Luna Rossa Italian Restaurant. I ordered online and had delivery to Elanora. It was a fairly easy process. We had 2 Pizza and Garlic bread. It was delivered within the hour still hot. Presentation was 🤌 and the taste 🎉🤩🤤 I will mention the same as others because I think it’s important. The price is definitely worth it. You are paying for quality and you won’t be disappointed or dissatisfied. Thank you Luna Rossa, our family appreciates your service tonight. We hope to come in to dine one day. Fantastic beautiful outstanding meals. Six of us had dinner we were all immpressed. I had a memorial dinner there with family and friends the staff were extremely sensitive and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend....menu was a combination of classic and modern Italian the best I have ever eaten in Australia

Very tasty pizzas. Delicious in fact. Charged accordingly so no bargains to be had here but going for a classier style. Even more so for the non pizza dishes which are equally scrumptious. Very large area both indoor and out so queuing is generally not a problem. Saw long tables of parties on the day we went and well suited for the out door section as gentle breeze was nice. See through partitions would keep any strong winds at bay. All in all, recommended.

Would not recommend at all! Spent $130, waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my food to be cooked a delivered by uber eats. Spending $130 you reckon they would get your food correct. all i got was a handful of bread and 2 pastas. I ordered half a dozen oysters, steak, gnocci and a sticky date pudding. NONE OF THAT CAME! instead a load of carbs that i didn't order.

This is not the cheapest place to eat but the food is worth the price. Very good staff, very good service, very reliable because from visit to visit my favourite dishes are always the same and I keep coming back for them. I was surprised to find a restaurant like this in Tugun, it feels to me like I am in Norton St in Sydney or somewhere like that.

I've been a customer for 16 years.. so many pizzas amongst other beautiful food in that time, however, tonight I am thoroughly enjoying a supreme with jalapenos. Perfectly cooked amd hot. Thankyou Macenzie for great service too! You're an asset.

Always an excellent meal with great service. Entrée, mains and dessert all made to perfection. I've been going here for years and have never been disappointed. Coming again in 2 weeks and can't wait..�

Excellent food great value for money excellent service and staff very friendly we came up from Melbourne and were very impressed with this Italian restaurant Deserts and coffee ☕️ a must Great value for money and well laid out restaurant very cosy we will be back next time we visit for sure 😊

Really nice local Italian restaurant. I was having dinner with three kids under 10, so I can confirm the kids' menu is good! I had a lovely Chicken Parmigiana. The waitstaff were all very friendly and helpful, and the kids said their food (spaghetti bolognese, cheese pizza and chicken fingers with chips) was delicious!

Was very very yummy- happy to have a veg risotto without mushrooms on the menu. We'll be back

Very sorry to write such an awful review, but the gnocchi was bland and tasted like store bought. And the rissotto was terrible. The service was good though.

Food was amazing!!!! Really noisy, service was friendly, closed really early,felt like we were rushed out. Definitely will return for second time �

We've been a few times now. They do great gf fettucini marinara. It was very good. I wasnt offered any parmesan though. Good service, staff are attentive and nice. I will go back again.
