Tried their cappuccino & almond croissant, both were great. But this cafe is jam packed and is easily understaffed, not sure how 2 people can do the billing, make coffee, cold chocolate drinks and serve customers, all at a time.

menu said 4.40, but was charged 5.56 for a standard latte (double shot), and I think they don't tamp their shots? about the same quality as 7-11 for x3 the price :( I get rent must be a lot but still.
Waited for a conversation between staff to finish. Paid for a sausage roll. Watched while literally no action to do anything to progress my order. Conversation about shift rosters continued. Walked off in disgust. Hope next customer got a free sausage roll!
Try to order food and drinks for my wife and 2 yr old. Just got off the plane, only had Australian cash and my NZ visa debit card. My card didn't work and they wouldn't accept cash. Very rude in there response. Overpriced food anyway. I don't recommend this place. Go to maccas across the road instea
Terrible service, the one who took my order pick up his phone right after i started ordering, not even an apology. Did my order and really ignore what i said, just wanna get money out of my pocket. Got my coffee cup by an ignorant staff, not even looked at me eventhough i did say thank you. Worst of
