Review Mcdonald's - Tumbi Umbi

One of the worst MacDonald's I have been to. I dined in this evening and the customer service was abysmal. Not busy at all, after 20 minutes food had not been served. I went to the counter and after being ignored for a period of time, finally confirmed the order was coming soon. Once my order was finally received, the food was just thrown in the bag. Everything was a mess. I went to the counter to discuss the order and again takes 10 minutes for someone to notice a customer standing at the counter. Poor service all round. No competNt supervision or management of staff. Everyone standing around talking and joking around

I went to the counter and after being ignored for a period of time I had to call out for service. once my order was finally confirmed as being received, we received frozen drink that was only half frozen and the other looked just like a cup of ice. I understand the staff were busy but obviously concentrated on drive through and uber eats pick up.

Ordered menu log from this joke after being confined home due the the virus. Missing an entire happy meal and was told ‘we won’t be bringing it to you’. No option other than to complain through menu log which anyone knows goes nowhere. Didn’t care we were confined home, offered no options to help with the kids food missing and generally rude. Never, ever, ever, ever again will I waste my time or money even when we’re all well again. Shame on you

This maccas used to be the best around. But now staff are rude slow and mess up your order pretty much every time. I get parked almost everyday for ordering 1 coffee and then forgotten about in the waiting bay. When you are committing this is very frustrating. Won't be attending this store any more. Staff and management really need to be sorted out.

Very disappointing that everytime we drive through for a quick meal, we are left waiting, the order is never 100%complete and have to go back in store to have it corrected. Last experience was 3 sausage and egg meals, no eggs on any muffin and drinks were missing and incorrect

We went to this resuraunt today. We don't usually go to Macdonalds or out to lunch much. But we wanted to go somewhere with Grandma. Disappointing, the staff were lovley, but the Toasted Sandwiches we got were so thin it was ridiculous. Only one slice of ham and not enough tomato. Two of the sandwiches were also wrong. Ham was missing on two of them. I don't usually complain here. But considering the Macdonalds at Bay Village two minutes up the road has better Sandwiches it was a real disappointment.

Orded a ham and cheese toastie And got s semi toasted crust which cheese (no ham) oh and it too 15 min aswell. 20 staff on and still can't get s@#t right

Zero star would be more appropriate. A rainy 🌧 6pm 👋 customer, the only one in house, I counted 10 young ones all moving about activity in the kitchen. I guess the business after covid is going more towards drive through & home delivery ? Someone actually @ the counter is a nuisance. Eventually someone begrudgingly came to speak to me.Question : Could I swap the coke in the meal for a small coffee ☕ 🤔 A firm no was the reply. I didn't rock the boat by identifying myself as a pensioner, who Mc Donald's generously offer a free coffee with a meal.So I was told my number was 166.Sat down & waited & waited, being able to see most of the counter ,Nothing. Eventually I got up to seek help , no one of course but I noticed a bag @ the very extremity of the counter.just about the only spot I couldn't see from my seat.It had ," pick up 166 on it & Robert ". Now 1 ,I am not a pick up ,if I am an in-house diner,usually you get it on a tray ,2 ,it was stone cold by the time I happened to find it by chance ,3 No further communication from any member of the 10 staff! It was very clear that in house diners are not welcome @ 6pm week days, 😑 I be elsewhere next week within the same Mingara complex of eateries.
