Review Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar - Turramurra

See the food is great, best pizza nearby but, ORDER VERY EARLY. They are pathetically slow and you won’t get it on time, you straight up just won’t. Also make sure to call them frequently sometimes they lose orders.

We ordered our pizzas at 8:04pm and the website estimated a 45minute wait. After 1 hour since ordering, we rang the store to ask where it was up to. They said "we quoted you an hour" even though the website only said 45 minutes. We were told the driver had left the store already so it would arrive shortly (our house is a 10 minute drive from the store). We could have lived with this but then we proceeded to wait another half hour with no sign of our order or any contact from the store. We rang the store again to inquire further and the man who answered the phone proceeded to tell use it was on its way and we would have to keep waiting with no indication of when it would arrive. We expressed concern that our food would arrive cold given how long it had been 'out for delivery' so we said if our food is cold we would like a refund. The man said there was nothing more he could do. We asked to speak to his manager, given he had no power to issue a refund and he proceeded to hang up on us. Of course, our pizza arrived cold as expected and was inedible. We rang the store back and were issued a refund, but the way the company handled this was very poor and with far too much attitude considering we were calm when we spoke to them and we were the ones who were inconvenienced with having to wait far too long for inedible food. This is the second time we have had this problem with Crust Turramurra and we will be placing our orders with someone else in the future. Order from them at your own risk as your pizza may arrive cold and much later than expected. Also beware, you will provided with poor customer service if you try to contact them.

I placed an order at 8:20PM via Uber Eat, expected delivery time was 9:15 which is acceptable being a Saturday night. Waited for almost 2hr after calling the restaurant several times. Food arrived at 10:10PM, cold and missing a pizza. The receipt shows “10x aggregator rounding” $30 and other rounding $1. They KNOW there’s something missing and still charge me ???? I have to call again and they said can only refund by bank transfer. What if I didn’t call? What if customers didn’t notice that they’re being charged for nothing? I also ordered a “heirloom tomato salad” and it looks like they just throw in some tomatoes with a small box of dressing and that’s all. Was supposed to be a happy Saturday night pizza! Never again!

Bought 1 x Large (11") Pesto Chicken Club and 1 x Extra Large (13") Crust Supreme on Friday 29/4 at 7:33pm for pickup. Went to pickup pizzas and when I brought it home and opened the boxes they made the wrong 13" pizza. Instead of a Supreme pizza, it looked like they made a peri peri pizza, which was totally burnt at the base and inedible. Called Crust to inform them of the mistake and they made a new Supreme pizza. However, when I brought the Supreme pizza back home, to my utter surprise they made an incorrect supreme pizza! The supreme pizza I received contained BBQ sauce base instead of pizza sauce, there were no crumbled beef or pineapple ingredients. I have bought pizzas from this store many times, this had to be the worst. Two mistakes within one order is totally unacceptable. I will never again buy another pizza from Crust Turramurra. Questions need to be raised regarding their management and training.

It is with sadness that I have had to resort to a public platform to leave feedback when there is apparently NO manager or owner on duty on a Friday night to speak to. After being loyal customers for many years it is disappointing to see the service (home delivery) gradually go downhill, to an all time low last night. Ordered 2 pizzas & 1 garlic bread 5:22pm - approx 1 hr delivery quoted. 6.43pm - rang store to enquire re delivery. person I spoke to looked order up and advised it had left with the driver "10 mins ago - you should have it soon, pls ring back in 10 if you have not" 7pm - rang store again (as told to) & they rang driver. 7:15pm - 2 STONE COLD pizzas (no garlic bread) dumped at front door - driver was running down the driveway when I went to door. 7:20pm - rang store to speak to mgr & advised "owner is not in". I asked for a refund and they asked my account details. When I provided them with my credit card (which I had paid with) they then advised NO we can only refund to your bank account. At which point, I was totally frustrated, & replied "jesus christ" - I was told "not to be rude to them". FULL CREDIT & THANKS to the management of Crust for follow up, ringing me, apologising and offering a full refund. I appreciate the time and I do hope the staffing issues improve because their pizza's are fabulous :-)

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - save yourself the stress and annoyance. We have now being waiting 2 hours for a pizza, we live 10mins away. Every time we called we are told it’s 5-10mins away. Absolute BS.

Last Saturday 23rd July: Turramurra Crust, ordered at 7pm, called at 8.30pm told by a younger lady ”it will be there soon” (actually qualified if on its way or be there soon to which she said it's on it's way); called at 8.45 told by an older lady “it is in the car will be there soon”; called at 9pm told by a nervous male after being put on hold for 3 minutes “we don’t know what’s happened”. Do use Turramurra Crust if you want your kids and guests to go hungry…… Still waiting to hear on my refund, will update when this occurs. #crustpizza 26 Jul - Still waiting to hear about my refund

Today I ordered 5 pizzas for me, my husband and my 3 grandchildren. My grandchildren had eaten here before, but I had not, so I decided to try it. The pepperoni pizza was outstanding and my children’s pizza came with a free juice. The pricing was very fair and reasonable and the delivery was very fast, only about 15 minutes and we don’t even live in Turramurra! The delivery man was extremely polite and kind. He asked me how my day was, and also made sure I hade everything before leaving. I will definitely be eating here again.
