Heard from various customers outside and within the cafe itself that it is some of the best coffee in the area. Came in and was pleasantly surprised with how high quality the coffee and service was. The owner was very friendly and knows his stuff. He and his team made some amazing scrambled eggs (served on a delicious thyme sourdough) that would be well worth the visit again! The positive ambience and locals who are happy to chat and give you good food and coffee recommendations make this place worth the 5 stars. Look forward to coming again when in the area!

One of the best cafes I have ever been to. Everything from the customer service, quality of the food and most importantly the quality of the coffee was top of the line. Mike runs an outstanding business, is extremely personable and makes you feel very welcome from the moment you step in. As a holiday maker to the coast this is the best cafe in the area by a long way.

Didn’t try the food but the coffee was good and the service was excellent. Not too busy on a weekday and lots of places to sit and enjoy a quiet coffee.

Excellent customer service. Coffee was made promptly, but was slightly burnt the both times we went. Didn’t get a chance to try the food, but it looked fresh in the cabinet.

Looked forward to coming here, as the coffee rated well on Bean Hunter. Unfortunately, the coffee wasn't what I expected. It had a decent flavour but lacked complexity. The service wasn't great. We waited a long time for our coffees and even longer for food. Considering it wasn't a busy Saturday, I'd have expected better service.

Being from melbourne, I enjoy great quality coffee. Bambi Deluxe has been a pleasant surprise and their coffee is magnificent. Thanks for adding value to my gc visit.

Worth a Visit. Fresh food choices, carefully selected and presented with a good range of quality bread. Very good coffee (choice of roasts offered) that has no bitter qualities and is smooth on the palate with a nice finish. Odd practice of presenting a long black with one espresso shot with a small jug of hot water to top up. This is a little fiddly and awkward but the coffee is still good. Nice range of cakes and biscuits with the salads always inventive and out of the ordinary.
