Review Hymn Coffee - Tweed Heads

A bit over rated. Very friendly but damn, dirty. Lacking atmosphere and personality. The counter cabinet was completely lit but was filled with dirty empty timber boards displaying food remnants. In full view to the right of the counter are boxes etc. like an open storage, very unattractive to look at. The coffee. Strong, great blend but the extraction was just a tad bitter. Great texturing and consistency tho. We need to talk about the nasty ceiling centre piece. A construction of dusty coloured dead flowers that are clearly breaking off and falling from the assemblage. A health catastrophe in slow motion. Disability access is a 2 /10, as per usual anyone not able bodied is expected to sit outside. Friendly young staff, that's why it's chaotic and dirty but clearly popular with locals. The best part is the dog friendly and leafy outside area. A seat near me had eyelets to attach dog leads. Very cool.

I like this place as it has lots of different seating, nice customer service and cool music (Rolling Stones album playing in the background) it’s on Kennedy drive & not as noisy as you would first think. There is lots of reading material & picture books. If I lived across the road I would never leave this place.

Super cute little local spot - We got their specialty "Triple H Hawker Rolls with honey, harissa & halloumi". It was so unique and fun and we loved every bite. Have stopped in here for a coffee a few times and it was great - not as easily accessible by parking or road access but still worth the stop if you have the time!

Nice Cafe with indoor and covered outdoor areas. Gabriel coffee blend which is chocolatey with a hint of caramel and quite earthy. 'Hawker rolls' on crisp flaky roti parathas make for a very tasty difference. We had 'silly sausage' and 'bacon and egg'. The sausage was a little dry and overcooked, and the amount of condensed milk and BBQ sauce on the bacon and egg was a bit overpowering but overall they were yummy. Friendly staff and very reasonable prices make for an enjoyable experience.

Ordered coffee before 3 other people in line, They not only got their coffee before me but their cooked meals as well. Finally my coffee comes but it is wrong. I wait a few more minutes, more people get their food etc. Got money back, left, no apologies. Won't be back, do NOT recommend.

Perfect corner spot cafe! Fresh, tasty food (arrived quickly too). Friendly welcoming staff, who know how to make a delicious coffee (100% on taste and latte art). Can't wait to come again for a date!

Covid safe check in on entry. Sat out the back in the shade. Ordered soya cappuccino and hawkers rolls, crispy bacon and halloumi. Very tasty breakfast and the coffee was great. Good service polite and friendly.

Fantastic looking little cafe bring some Melbourne style to Tweed Heads. Decent but small menu with good looking options, but sadly only a few vegetarian options. My breakfast was very tasty and definitely recommend it. Coffee was good but nothing to rave about. Give this place a go, it's very good :) Easy parking just up the road next to the Amcal pharmacy.

We have had brekky and lunch at Hymn and wow how impressive the food is. We are serious foodies and have dined in the worlds best restaurants and cafes all over Europe. The food is superb. An original take on cafe food. Immaculate presentation. Flavours second to none. A cool and modern representation of cafe food with a touch of Tweed thrown in. Well done Hymn. We will be back on a regular basis.

We came in at about 2pm without realising and the staff were super apologetic and even attempted to get the chef to cook for us even though it was after hours. After such awesome customer service we decided to come back the next day and we are so glad we did! I had the ‘Itallion Stallion’ and I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best toasted sandwich I’ve ever had in my life!The coffee was amazing and the service was equally incredible! I would recommend this humble little cafe to anyone and everyone and I just wish we lived closer so we could become regulars! Thanks so much guys �

Love the food, the coffee, the staff and the atmosphere. Prices are comparable with all other good cafe’s on the Gold Coast and offers great service. Do yourself a favor and go there, you’ll not regret it.

Great coffee. The muffin and brownies also delicious. Very nice fit out too. Highly recommend if you are in Tweed!

Loved everything about the experience :) Beautiful coffee & Fresh atmosphere! Love the flower arrangement hanging from the ceiling,Also kids were looked after with their yummy chino's! Well done guys!

5 stars is for the food. Had the hawker roll today and it was amazing. Coffee was good... just ask for it extra hot. Will be going back to try more.
