Review Riverland Cafe - Tweed Heads

Went over the weekend on a rainy day noon, as it was all day breakfast. The restaurant is also known as the worst burgers. Ambience looks good and there were around 5-10 people when we reached. We got one medium mocha and for breakfast ordered for super Sunday breakfast which was for 26$. Coffee came quick but the food took pretty long for a restaurant with 10 people. Finally it came and was totally cold. In the name of super it looked a total money ripper. In the name of Italian sausage a tiny sausage of a size of thumb finger was sliced half. Not sure about the burgers there, but that food was tasteless and definitely not worth. You want to support local restaurants instead of franchises but they turn out to be lousy and thieves. In response to owners comments: Stripped off another *. Wish there was a way to give negative. I was there on 5th(yesterday) not today 6th. If you cant remember when was I there how do you remember what you served. Its everyone's hard earned money. As you felt bad for the comment, we too felt ripped off. Instead of adding comments here, try think about improving the quantity & quality of food. PS: CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS CORRECT

The burger store is above average level and worth to try. I hope the flavor of it can be better. Especially, the chip is the food i will reorder first.

Was driving past when we came across this gem! Wow. Amazing. We got the Two Nights in Bangkok (beef) and Pay Day (chicken) - and oh boy they're delish! Beautiful toasted soft brioche buns, perfect sauce choices they're not overpowering, the beef was juicy and the chicken was crispy and done perfectly 👌 well priced for the quality and portion and the whole place vibe is right up our alley. Definitely "the worst" 😂 haha that signage took my attention and I love it. PS: There's a sweet dog at the front that was asleep too. So... a definite recommendation and big thumbs up from both the other half and I! Will come back and bring others!

My first time here could have been better but since then I've enjoyed both takeaway and home delivery from Worst Burgers and every time Ive been blown away by the taste sensations. Staff are super friendly and hell, even the grumpy ol' mate behind the counter grows on you. Food this good is rare so I've changed my review to 5 stars. Recommend burgers, wraps, fries and desserts. Nom nom nom.

While traveling with friends, I went because it was close to my accommodation, and it was the best choice. It was the best brunch. Thanks for having me make good memories with my friends!

Wow! I was actually really surprised by this place, the signage that they are “the worst burgers ever” threw me off. We got the cheese burger and the chicken burger (can’t remember the actual names) they were both fresh and delicious! Chips were crunchy and had chicken salt (YUM). We will be going back for sure!

Definitely the worst burgers out, and the chips so terrible ,, this would have to be the best burger /worst one I've had on the coast,,, the cheese and gravey chips or to die for literally,, highly recommended and will definitely be back here again and again five stars ✔✔✔✔✔

Absolutely amazing service from the gentleman behind the counter. Thank you for the warm morning greeting I find this is so key to our experience as customers. Firstly I was hungry and in need of coffee. I love the blackboards with the special on it made mind up for me and ohhhh that backing and egg roll was delicious. Appreciate its served on a insulation foil bag. SO SMART! Coffee was exceptional thank you! Found me new breakfast stop into work!!!
