Review Pkg Seafoods - Tweed Heads

Purchased King Prawns 09/04/2022 at around 1.00pm. Had to wait ages before being served, no person behind the counter, and no way of attracting them. The people in the cooking department can see that no one is in the fresh seafood area, but don’t seem to care. Maybe Management should install a bell at the counter or electronic alert at the business entrance. There is another Seafood outlet not far away that has a permanent attendant on the cash register. Maybe the owners of PKG should take a look at their operation to improve their customer service

Ordered 3 pieces of barra, 2 of them were rotten, so they replaced them with snapper then one of the snapper was cooked like rubber that we could not eat it. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to fresh fish here

PKG Seafood Wholesale is by far the best Seafood joint I have had a feed from. If you want a bang for your buck this is the place to go! Not only are the prices insane the quality is amazing. I have seen in the below comments that people have experienced bad service. I had immaculate service. If you don’t feel like cooked seafood they also have fresh seafood you can buy which is the main part of their store. All of their produce is fresh and delectable! They have seating under shelter and outdoor seating which overlooks the river. The atmosphere isn’t 10/10 it isn’t for instagram selfies. But it is homey and has a gorgeous view. If I lived up here I would be buying seafood from here daily. The prices cannot be beat.

Has great eat in and take away fish n chips. You can choose fresh fish and have it cooked. Fresh sea foods are amazing with big choices. All so yummy. 10 outa 10 for quality n service.

The food was great but the lady who served me was rude and blatantly racist as I’m brown skinned and she was very blunt and rude towards me and acting annoyed from my presence. Then she continued to serve the white customers and her whole demeanour changed. It’s 2022 why are people still like this

Great Place.Great food. The made a mistake with our order didn’t realise till we got home then we drove back and they couldn’t be more sorry and cooked our order all over again. Well done guys. Great service and food!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service from a pubescent boy on the phone who at one point said ‘’what do you want’ with an aggressive tone. Will never eat here and I will make sure none of my friends or family do either.
