Review Mcdonald's - Tweed Heads

The coffee was cold, my toaster arrived just slapped into a bag not cut with no napkin. I would have taken it all back but l waited so long to be served it made me late for an appointment. Very, Very Poor!

I'm not one to go out of my way to write reviews but when I went into tweed city this morning and went to the maccas for some food I was more than surprised by the service of all the young workers, from the taking of my order to the certainly quicker than normal time it took to prepare the food I find when I go into maccas in waiting atleast 10 minutes for a basic double cheeseburger meal but I had my food in no longer than a minute if not 2 minutes. The food was fresh and hot and was prepared quite nicely. Overall this maccas really surprised me and certainly exceeded my expectations for any maccas and I'm really happy with everything there If you find yourself in tweed city and need a snack or a feast I would highly recommend going to the McDonalds

Ordering breakfast this morning I was very disturbed to see the staff treat an older member of the public with disrespect. Laughing right in front of her and talking about not only her but previous customers at the counter in front of everyone was very rude. The manager unfortunately was out the back, but can definitely say for average food that took to long to make and then when finished was burnt to then have poor customer service towards elderly members of the public is very disturbing. I would be ashamed to work here and have the two girls apart of my work team.

I wish I could vote 0. I’m more than happy to wait for food, I get it.....busy = takes longer BUT at least make it worth the wait I.e. not cold. Having team members that gave a poo would probably be a good start. Or at least could pretend they cared ?

Won't be going back again. Multiple times recently I have waited extended times for food only to see multiple staff members standing around having a chat with each other with a list of orders 10+ deep and no Manager in sight. It's not fast food when you have to wait 15 mins just for a burger and fries.

Do the people of tweed a favour, if your going to keep this Maccas open, I would suggest promptly getting rid of all the staff currently working. I orderd a double quarter pounder meal, and after waiting fifteen minutes, finally received my meal. Only to find that they had given me no chips,and the wrong burger. I of course went back to request my order, and even though I stood at the bench and made eye contact with many of the staff out the front was not Acknowledged for five minutes. When I asked for the correct burger I was told I had to wait a further five minutes as they had no meat. No meat, in a restaurant that's sole purpose is to sell meat products. Once I was given the correct burger a very unwelcoming staff member handed it to me with a sour face, like I had done something Wrong. The food is obviously far from healthy and obviously is prepared quickly. But the state of my burger was absolutely disgusting....the bottem bun was so sodden with oil and grease it was horrible. I know Maccas isn't meant to be the best establishment, but this place is by far the worst I have ever been to. Rude staff, time wasting, mistake making and horrible food.

Thanks Tweed City for possibly the worst customer service I have ever had. The girl that served me didn't even speak to me, just stood behind the till and looked at me. I did speak to her and she was too bored to answer me according to the look on her face. My burger had pretty much nothing on it, was cold and inedible. And my drink was slapped on the counter and pushed toward me and it was leaking everywhere. I asked if I could have it in another cup and she said no and walked away. Won't be eating there again. Terrible service.

Rudest staff so much attitude. Long long wait for food and food is put together terribly How can it be that hard to put the lettuce or the cheese actually on the burger?
