Review Hungry Jack's - Tweed Heads

It's hungry jacks... Can you even give a fast food place more than 3 stars? They seem to get the order right most of the time so that's something. Food tastes like every other hungry jacks. Whatever salt they use now is heaps better than the old fries. Was a bit annoyed that the kid on the register didn't tell me that the kids meal was gonna cost more than a stunner meal which came with an ice cream and nuggets too.

Not great, ordered the pulled pork burger and pulled pork loaded fries. Disappointing, burger was seriously lacking in filling, looking squashed and 1/3rd of the size of the ads. Taste was average with a distinct fake/artificial flavour to the pork sauce. Service was friendly.

The burgers are better (if you get what you paid for)! Disappointed in several ways from the Tweed store. First of all the counter assistant provided little customer service, she didn’t even acknowledge me until she had decided to finish 3 orders before I got to place mine, not even a simple lHi, I’ll be with you in a moment”, when I got to place my order that was only display of service she seemed to provide. After waiting for my order (slightly long wait but not too bad I guess), I went to find a seat in the relatively tidy dining room, when I opened my takeaway bag (even though she asked me and I told her I was dining in) I discover my chips were barely full and my burger was the wrong one (I’d ordered a cheesy bacon tendercrisp, and I received a whopper). I walked up back to the counter and try to politely get her attention to advise I had the wrong burger and she ignored me, it wasn’t until my 3rd time that she finally acknowledged me, when I advised her of the incorrect burger she told me that I must had collected the wrong order, I thought that was quite rude, I told her that my order was the only one there when she called my number and that it wasn’t my fault. She then turned around with what seemed like an incredible effort to get a replacement burger, I then received some slapped up shoddy burger because they had to rush it. I also noticed that the person who ordered before had received the order incorrectly for his family (he didn’t have my burger and I didn’t have his). The poor service that I received from the counter girl (Andrea) I hope improves otherwise this may be the only job she has and I’m concerned for her otherwise she might end up pregnant at 19, it is tweed after all.

I’m very disappointed with the costumer service provided by one of your staff members. This particular staff member is always serving with suck little politeness. However that’s not why I’m here.. Today I went to your hungry jacks again, at the speaker we asked for certain burger meal, and another meal with it. She asked if we wanted a medium or large meal we said medium. We never got an option for what drink.. We get to the pay window, she’s given us the burger alone not in a meal. A large for our other meal when we asked for a medium and gave us coke as the drink, had she of asked what drink she’d know we can’t drink coke. So with the unpolitness, mistake and little sportsmen ship to solve the problem I am very disappointed.

Worst hungry jacks ever Outside tables and chairs usually have bird dtoppings on them. Regularly run out of ice cream and other items. Staff more interested in drive through customers. Floors and tables rarely kept clean. South Tweed restaurant 100% better in all areas.

Not bad for fast food, the beef is probably a cut above McDonald's. This facility however is in desperate need of a new central AC system. I feel sorry for the staff and patrons.

Terrible meal! 8pm Saturday night 29th April. Angus burger was burnt and extremely dry. Could not be bothered going back to complain! Put it in the bin! Premises were very dirty. Will never return.

Better than Maccas. Always hot and fresh, the cheese actually melts in your burger. Love the fat, crunchy chips. Fast enough service.
