Review Umina Bakehouse - Umina Beach

I have to agree with other reviewers, I - as well as a lot of my friends & co-workers believe that these pies are the best on the peninsula. The service is great and exceptionally fast. Their range of pies, slices, and other sweets is amazing. Would recommend.

Lovely cakes and pies. Best ever! Always the freshest and best but lamingtons should have desiccated coconut and not shredded coconut. Sorry!

Umina bakehouse (now Kings) has made many exceptional, well priced cakes for our family. Nothing was ever a problem and they were happy to design cakes based on our requirements. Thank you

Nothing like good old fashion pastry in a cute store. The owner is on of the nicest person in the world. She is very skilled in her industry.

Drove up to Umina for a run today and thought we would try a local pie shop. We read that this was the place to go for the best pies. The flavour of the "Ned Kelly" pie, although tasted ok pastry was pretty ordinary and broke up when trying to eat. If a better pastry could be made it would have been better. The cakes seemed to be their saving grace as they were pretty good. However the sausage roll just kept on giving. Pies and sausage rolls better than some but need to be improved pastry. Quite an old shop and fittings and needs to be updated

The best pies & cakes in Umina, the staff are kind & friendly, the shop is always very busy, that is always a good sign. I have tried the chili pies, the Italian pies, the curry pies, the Aussie pies, the plain sausage roll, Moroccan sausage roll & I highly recommend any of those, very good!!!! The cakes are awesome, they are not stale & tasteless like the so called authentic bakery up the road. They don't really do coffee, but if you can provide this level of Baking then I guess they don't really need to. I go there for the pies & cakes mostly, I don't really like coffee with pies anyway. If I want a pie I go to a bakery, If I want a coffee I go to a coffee shop. Keep up the good work guy's & gal's Well Done 5/5 See You Soon!

YUM YUM, my husband will drive for 2 hours to get their great cream buns. Me the passion fruit french pastry. The lady who serves us, is always so lovely, thank you. Cake shop of old, you can't get that anywhere in Sydney.
