Review Brumby's Bakery - Upper Coomera

Went to Brumby's Coomera for a large flat white this morning and walked away with coffee flavoured milk. A lady, who I assume was the manager, was teaching a young girl how to make the coffee. Unfortunately for the poor girl, and for me, she had a poor teacher. There was no dispenser so coffee was spooned into the percolator, and upon leaving and tasting it was clear that there was nowhere near the two shots required. I went back in to inform them that the coffee was weak and was told by the delightful manager that I would have to pay for an extra shot! This lady was rude, abrasive, and overly familiar (calling me mate repeatedly) throughout my extremely unpleasant visit. I won't be going back and I'd advise you to avoid also. Is it possible to give zero stars?

Pies cold again! Thought it was a one off thing last month. Luke warm pie again today. This is a good safety issue. I threw the pie away, again, as I have no idea how long it's been held at this temperature, which is obviously not above the danger zone for holding hot food.

Very disappointed, I have been going to this bakery for ages and have been very happy with it, but went last week and bought cakes which were very stale not just one but all of them i will not be buying from you again and have told my friends, we are all locals and shop at Coles but not from you again. i don't understand why i have to give a star to post as i don't think you deserve any.

Food was stale, Australia day cup cakes were really bad, hard as rocks and alot of flies in the shop. Had atleast 10 in the display cabinet where the food is kept.

Worst service ever. Pies and sausage rolls rock hard. Waaaay over priced. Older lady is beyond rude

Visited to buy bread, looks like new owners. Was met by an unfriendly hello from an older lady. After moving things in the back went about getting my loaf without gloves.. sweaty dirty hand handling food, where are your standards.. we won't be back

Bought a vegetable pasty, jam donut and chocolate croissant Sunday 3 Oct 21, all of them were stale. Not very happy with the quality of these bakery products at all.

Waited while single staff member went to get change from newsagent and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation. Display cabinet full of flies (at least 6 just walking along front of cabinet). Not eating from here.
