Review Subway - Upper Coomera

100% always fresh... Very cruisey and laid back feel about the place... it's small but always fresh and always delicious ... Not much to say about subway other than this store does it exactly how it should be done ... a genuine subway experience to be had here.

I had a lost toy in which was left in the store. I rang and the lovely young ladies who work there put it aside for me and I was to return to pick up the toy. Unfortunately the toy went missing in which I returned to the store three time to pick it up. The young ladies who work there where more than helpful and committed on getting the special toy of my childs back to me when found. Unfortunately today I popped into the store to see if they had any luck and was presented with the 'manager'; or Owner as he stated. This man who claimed to owned the subway was very rude and unprofessional to me by saying to me that "im the boss of this store and im 'friggen' over hearing about this toy". I said to him , not to worry and left the store. Unfortunately I will never visit this subway again after the manner in which the owner treated me. I do hope the lovely young ladies who work there are treated with respect and do not deal with any bulling. It does make me wonder. Some people do not deserve the position they hold. Lack of resect and rudness makes me feel conserned for the lovely young staff he has working under him.

Tried to redeem kids sports vouchers and all because we had torn off from the achievement award they wouldn’t honour it. Treated my daughter poorly wouldn’t recommend to anyone absolute disgrace by Owner

Never a bad feed from Subway,Upper Coomera. Always know the quality and speedy service is in abundance. Highly recommended.

The food is good but the girl with the bright red hair is rude very unprofessional
