These pizzas are pretty good. I'm not really a big Domino's fan, but whoever taught these workers how to make pizza...loves pizza, I reckon. This place (plus a bottle of vino) has kept my spirits up while I await for my new fridge to arrive!

Paid for my pizza at 5.45pm, didn't receive pizza until 6.15pm. A 30 minute wait instore is unacceptable. I blame the Pizza Hut corporation for understaffing this store. The 1 employee that was on staff was clearly trying his best, however at the 15 minute mark he put my order down as "completed" obviously to make the corporate deadlines, even though I waited another 15 before I got my food. Pizza Hut needs to step up their game seriously.

Why employ an online pizza tracker at all if it's causing 20+ people to stand around waiting for their pizzas every Friday night? You tell me my pizza will be ready at a certain time, I'll show up at that time. Don't tell me my pizza will be ready at a certain time and then when I show up at the time indicated tell me it'll be another 20 minutes. Also, quality from this place has gone way down over the past few months.

Reply disappointed. Tonight my ordered was canceled because I was preparing a romantic space and didn’t get to the phone. Our card looked suspicious on their system because it is a new card. 🤦 needless to say date over (took a week to get here fools) The order was 2 pepperoni with peri peri,1 spicy paneer, max, mb. “Can I put the order through again pls? No. How come? We are closed!!”

These pizzas are exactly what you pay for. Consistently good (not great, but not bad either). I've never had a really bad pizza from this Domino's. I recommend you use the Domino's Deals App or sign up for email deals as the price can easily be 50% more or higher if you order without the deals (and there are deals every day).

Disappointing customer experience. I ordered the chocolate fudge brownie and much to my disappointment, one of the cubes looked like a chunk’s been taken off it. It really looked like someone’s taken a bite off it..
So I called Dominos Hollandpark, and explained my situation.
Without even asking for a picture of the item, he guarantees me that no one had eaten or taken a bite off the brownie.
He even guaranteed me that no one’s tampered with my food..WITHOUT LOOKING AT IT?? I
Any self respecting person who cares about customer experience would request for a picture, then proceed with investigation. It almost made me feel like I was trying to simply get a refund.. as if I was making this whole thing up. The individual I spoke to claims he has worked with dominos for 6 years..
In reality, I wasn’t so disappointed when I got the “tampered” desert, but I thought I’d provide feedback so the team at dominos could look at rectification… much to my disappointment, the call I had just ruined my day.. truly disappointing.
I even have the call recordings.

We have dominoes closer to home but travel for this one. They just seem to be nicer pizzas. Good work Holland Park. You can taste the difference.
