This is our first time at Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart!
Felt adventurous, so we went for the new salted caramel cheese tart.
Taste was not too bad but it was too sweet for us. We liked the crust and the cream cheese filling. Quite a mess to eat because the salted caramel was like flowy lava. For 5.
Since opening their first Brisbane store, the variety of Tarts and Pastries have trebled. My favourite is still the Original Baked Cheese Tart!
Super Terrible Service

Petite, delicate and delicious cheese tarts. Very typical of dairy desserts in Hokkaido in their soft texture. We tried the yuzu, strawberry and blueberry tarts and they were all awesome. Worth trying for something really different.
Delicious Japanese treats, a little pricey, but these baked cheese tarts are worth every penny. Plenty of different flavours to choose from. Staff were friendly and time efficient.
