The service in the store is always very good and they engage in conversation (unlike dominos) the pizza is great and the cleaning standards are always a1.
Great value for money and terrific service.
We are a regular.
Highly recommend.
Keep up the good work.
Zack has dinner sorted at least twice a week!
Cheers
Great food and good value for money. Fresh ingredients and delicious pizzas and pastas. Best service and delivery arrives well before the estimated time. Recommended 👍
Love the pizza here. I ordered a gluten free meat pizza and I have to say that it was one of the best gluten free pizzas I have tried. They were also speedy with the order
Love it here. Most recently I had the Mediterranean pizza and it was great. They're always really generous with their toppings and I love the tomato base they use, it's so rich and delicious. The staff are lovely too!!! Always friendly and super polite no matter how under the pump they are. It always baffled me why people would go to chain pizza joints close by when you can get quality just next door AND support a local business. Bit more expensive? It's definitely worth it. Try it out!
Great food and great staff for reasonable prices. We always get pizza either Wednesday or Friday nights and it is always, no matter what's great.
A bit of a strange one. Not cheap pizza but not gourmet expensive as well. More of a takeaway shop. Pizza is pretty standard which isn't a criticism, you just know what you're going to get.
Pretty pricey but great pizza, cheesy and flavorful. Delivery was so slow, over an hour, using menu log, worth the wait, however. I'd definitely order from here again!
I really like La Sera!
Their pizza blows the nearby chain stores away. Although it's more expensive than the cardboard monstrosities served at Pizza Hut, their prices are similar to most locals.
The pizzas are fairly standard, but much tastier than most. I get the feeling they use better quality ingredients, or fresher ingredients (or both). They do have some unusual ones as well (Nachos pizza? Spaghetti pizza?)... I gave the spaghetti a try one day... it wasn't bad but not my thing.
The pastas are decent too, for a little over 10 bucks the quantity is good and they taste great. Typical pasta-from-a-pizza-store though, don't expect it to beat a $25 pasta from a restaurant.
This is the kind of pizza place I love. A regular take away joint that actually does great tasting pizza. There are plenty of 'gourmet' pizza places that might be as good but paying $20 per pizza gets old fast.
I definitely recommend trying their pizzas - after getting used to La Sera, when I moved away I was quite sad with my new local offerings. I still drive over their way every now again (I now live 30 minutes away =/ ) when I get a craving for a decent pizza. If you're anything like me you'll be hooked!
AMAZING!!. La Sera is the bet pizza shop around. They are generous with their toppings, the have quality ingredients, and not to mention they work in a Very clean environment! There is a wide range of pizza, pasta, ribs and more - all are DELICIOUS!
Good pasta. So nice to find a takeout place that has nice pasta. Homemade gnocci and tasty sauces. Pizzas are pretty standard but they have a nice range. Always right on time, too.
Under new management. Just not the same as before. Quality of the food is a not as good.
Yum!. Although the pasta was bright green, it tasted delicious!
Their ribs are the best I've ever had, they keep me coming back for more! Favourite takeout place in Melbourne!!!
Always fantastic. It really saddens me when I see people going to Pizza Hut or Domino's which are right next door, those people are throwing their money in the bin. Please keep it up
The ribs are sooo good. Reminds me of ribs in the old days.
I can honestly say that this place has the best funghi pasta I have ever tried in my whole life, everything about the food is excellent including the quality, sauce and bang for your buck. 5/5 stars
The Real Deal. La Sear has recently opened a restaurant in our suburb and we decided to try it out - Now, La Sera has become a regular Friday night go-to place for my family. The pizza was superb, and the toppling have flavors. Order extra toppling and the chef won't hold back - La Sera is a restaurant that makes sure you get your money worth, much like Sofia, but with better pizza.
The real deal, however, is not the pizza - they are superb, sure, but the best thing about la sera is actually their chips. Their hot chips are simply the best I have ever eaten anywhere else. You can tell from the first bite that these chips are not the frozen ones from your local supermarket - they are freshly made and taste like 100% potato. The skin is crisp and the inside is soft and full of that potato flavour. They are so good you just have to include it as a side dish every time you order a pizza.
