What an amazing little cafe I found last Saturday driving down Canterbury Rd.
Lovely friendly staff who all had smiles & all seemed to enjoy working there!
Coffee was fantastic & my toasted ham, cheese & tomato was delicious!
Will definitely be making this little gem a regular stop for coffee!

The panini was tasty and the coffee was nice and hot BUT the cafe was freezing!!!
The front door was open all the the time as was the back door. I was warmly dressed and had a blanket to put over my legs, but I still felt very cold. I will not go there again except in summer.

This place has been here for three years but I've only just recently noticed it as it's tucked away in a local set of shops. Popped in after a puppy park outing just before they shut and the girls were amazing with the pups! The outdoor area is a great safe space for your four legged friend & the drinks were delicious! We’re definitely grabbing a feed next time :D thanks girls!!
Rise and Grind was amazing! The staff was super nice, the drinks warmed or cold bones, and the environment was super cute. Highly recommend coming here if you're in the area!!!
Great Cafe In an easy to get to location. Has a rear courtyard which is very relaxing.
